Obtaining the storage site was a smooth, pleasant experience for me. Gina has been very courteous and accommodating to meet my needs, especially yesterday on my move-in day. She immediately located a four wheeler flatbed for me and I really appreciated that. The unit I got and the locality are perfect! Thank you! Once again today, my experience in moving things from one storage to another storage space was a great experience. Stephanie Dye is absolutely the most accommodating and courteous person I have dealt with in a long time. She took care of my needs and Extra Space Storage is so lucky to have her as a manager. Your facilities are top-notch.

I would recommend this storage facility to ANYONE! They have been very accomodating. The first unit I rented was with a group of people (4+). The agent in office Gina assisted me with figuring out what each person would owe...in my opinion she went above and beyond. When I moved to my own personal unit, Stephanie moved me seamlessly. I am currently moving to a larger unit this coming weekend. This Extra Space Storage is both personal and professional.

Extra Space storage is a great, clean facility, and all of my experiences with management were good. My only issue was rent jumping up twice in a short amount of time after Extra Space took over the property....and without proper notice. If you dont mind paying high rent for a storage site or rent increasing every 6 months, its a good place to store your items.

When i came to move out there was a girl there named sadie from another site, she helped me with my email, and this review. she was very nice and funny as well. When I rented a locker at the facility on Hwy. 67 in Duncanville, TX I found the building and grounds to be very clean and in great condition. The staff was very courteous and welcoming. Setting up the rental was quick and included inspection of the locker and a tour of the grounds with explanation of the security gate operation.

He broke down the fees in a very understandable way and was very knowledgeable about the rules and answered all of our question in a detailed manner.
