Showed up to load two U-haul vans worth of items in the unit I had previously confirmed. The unit had a broken light socket so no light. This was not mentioned to me when I talked to Maribel, the property manager, two days prior. When we asked for a unit that wasnt leaking water or that had a light that worked, they proceeded to tell me that none were available. They went through multiple units that either had leaks or damage or that had zero working lights, so I definitely wouldnt recommend storing your items here. They seem to take zero priority in customer service or ensuring their property is functioning to a point where your belongings wont be ruined. At that last minute, we had to book a different unit at Public Storage on Westmoreland Dr. and the experience there was much better and truly run like a business. Simply Self Storage is the worst.

Due to many issues our company had with one owner of the property and were not able to reach a mutual agreement. We were forced to move all of companys belongings into a couple of storage units. Everything from our offices along with everything in our warehouse. Right away we were in good hands at Simply Self Storage and were able to make a quick and easy move. Its good location and affordable prices along with the best costumer service made it an easy choice for us to choose Simply Self Storage.

Office staff is very helpful. Was able to transfer to larger unit without any hassle, anf they prorated the rest of the month from the old unit. Only down sides are no elevator but its been perfect for our needs.
