Had a great experience renting a mi-box. Delivered to our site, we loaded it over a week or so, and then they picked it up to store at their site for us while we searched for a new home. Once we got our new house, they dropped it back off and we got it unloaded. it was super convenient and i had price checked with the other companies that do this, and this worked out the best $ value for us (with the time-frame and delivery / storage options we needed). Always got a real person on the phone, and they were friendly and helpful!

Rented Mi-Box to redo my floors. Loved the local call and "real person" I spoke with compared to the call center I got with the friendly competitors. Delivered on-time and in the exact location i wanted it. The driver called on the way to let me know his exact delivery time - very convenient. Box was clean, in good shape, and easy to load and unload. The final price was exactly as quoted. Great system.

Mi-Box saved me when I had to move out of my house for a few weeks following a small fire. They delivered the box while I was at work, leaving it exactly where I needed it to be.
