Very clean facility with the quickest, sharp, polite, maybe even a little friendly comedic team there to help. I only had a few minutes to complete this task I kinda dreaded doing yet the team at CubeSmart made it happen painlessly & quickly. Now I didnt tell them I had limited time it was their test...well, they Aced it! They showed me cube availability, discussed all my options (payments, insurance, further move-in assistance, online services, all the supplies I may need, & storage tips) all on-site. AND, I really was out of there in a few minutes, happy & CubeSmart ready! So glad youre in the area! Thanks L. Riojas & Team!!

I would give this more stars if the customer service was better. The person working --LaBertha the manager was not very friendly with us at all. She successfully helped us get a storage , but just the overall enctounter with her was not welcoming. She didnt acknowledge any of our thank yous and did not smile at all.

Beautiful facility, friendly people.... they have carts by the elevators ...secured facility...cameras everywhere I love it I would recommend this place to anybody even if you dont need a storage unit just go get one just because... thank you to all the staff at the Alma location in Plano..you guys are awesome

The front office assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was very easy to change storage sizes. I even got locked out once and called the 800 number and was assisted by a kind gentleman named Corey and I was able to get back in and finish my loading. I loved my experience with CubeSmart.

The facility is clean, the rep was helpful, the entry system and storage locker is easy to use. The overall experience was easy and they gave a great deal, better than other storage places around the area. I am glad I found them and would recommend them to my friends and family.

I pretty hit the jackpot..they have an Awesome team there. They are very knowledgeable.. energetic and kind..I was lucky enough to get my storage unit at 25% off for the first six months!! Go see them!

More expensive than other storage facilities, but its worth it. Plenty of carts of two sizes for use. Bathrooms are clean. Staff is friendly. This location is brand new! No mildew smells.

I like the level of security with this storage place. Elevators are conveniently placed and staff is great. Only problem I have is the A/C does not seem to work well on the 2ND floor.
