This was my first time renting a storage unit, and so far its been great. The actual procedure took maybe twenty minutes at the most, and the manager (Austin) was very courteous and service-oriented. The neatest bit of customer service I just experienced was calling and being shunted to their automated help system. About five minutes later, I got a call back to my phone from the on site manager, who had noticed hed missed my call and wanted to make sure Id gotten the answer I needed.

Shortly after I made my reservation online Austin, the manager, contacted me to confirm my reservation and to answer any questions I might have had. He was very helpful with helping me pick the right size unit to accommodate all of my belongings and did all he could to make the process as simple and quick as possible. The facility is well kept and easily accessible. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for self-storage.

After visiting a half dozen storage facilities, LifeStorage Richardson was by far the best option. It is very clean, well managed, secure, and located in nice part of town. The staff was great to work with and the rates were very competitive. We need temporary storage each summer for our college student and will certainly be returning again next summer.
