This was a awful experience I lost more that half my stuff from furniture clothes shoes baby stuff all from a 3 bedroom apt there was it was infested with rats and there was dead rats everywhere and rat droppings when I was getting my things and now I dont have enough to fill a 1 bedroom apt it even when I moved out and there was nothing inside it was wet All I got was an apology that I didnt find sincere at all instead I got I should have took pics for a claim and to me it felt more like "Oh Well you didnt take pics it is what it is the stuff if gone now" Im more hurt than anything cause morally its wrong

Ive had my storage a year and havent had any problems that was caused by the facility! My visits are always pleasant and just stopping in for five minutes to pay my bill is always a delite. The manager and ever her little dog are awesome!

DO NOT rent a storage here... There are rats and bugs that gets in your stuff.. She steal locks and make you buy locks from her. Also my storage and other peoples storage got broken into as well.
