I Cathy and Ronald Bruner very happy with my service here at public storage at the Lancaster location. Mrs. Trish has always took care of us our whole stay here shes always polite and happy public storage couldnt have got a better person to be over your facility. I have been very happy and when I leave if I ever need a space again it will be at this location Lancaster tx. As long as you have mrs. Trish. Thanks Mrs Trish for All you do. God bless you

This was the best experience I have ever had at a storage company and its all because of the manager Trish. It was time to leave because they were closed and i needed help to unlock my storage i saw her on property and ask her to help me, she didnt even mention theyre close all she did was drove around the building and walk me to my storage and help me opened it i was very impressed with the customer service that i received. i will definitely recommend this location to anyone thats looking for a storage. Cathy is the most amazing rep Ive ever had the pleasure of working with!!#!She is an angel sent by GOD!! An unexpected delay in moving and she was there to help and assist in any and every way possible. We wouldnt have been able to get things in one trip, if it wasnt for her quick thinking and willingness to go above and beyond in making sure our needs were met. If i had to do it all over again, and I pray that I dont...i would choose this Public Storage location, just to have Cathy be able to provide excellent customer service.

I had a bad day construction is a rough job & we didnt get our concrete wall up plus 2 guys quit on me . I had a tuck full of equipment I had to store before I got to go rest @ the hotel . I walked in & Trish said Hi how are you today ! Very friendly . She got me the right size unit quick , made a couple jokes to help me feel better . Had the paper work done in no time & made sure to tell me she hoped I had a great day tomorrow when she thanked me & said good bye . I walked out with a smile .

The customer service of this location is HORRIBLE!!! They dont give you copies of your paperwork and when you question your account, they tell you "read your contract"....I cant read it if you didnt give it to me! The manager, Cathy and DM Leslie Hodge are rude, incompetent and act as if they are doing you a favor by YOU renting space from them! If I ever need storage space again, I will go out of my way to go somewhere else! I will not spend my money where it is not appreciated!

Nice friendly and welcome environment. I was greeted by Cathy, a lovely person she didnt make me feel like O was just another customer. You know how some places can be. She explained everything, while engaging with me, we talked about her son and his great accomplishments. Im so proud of this young man. If I should ever need to use a storage space, my first stop will be here. Thanks again Cathy for all you did going here you dont feel like a customer, you feel like family.

Cathy. Is a wonderful Property Manager at your Lancaster Tx storage she is friendly,helpful very informative of issuses concerning leasing info of the storage facility. I feel assured of my property being stored there. There should be more Managers like Cathy representing Public Storage l have been renting off and on for years there has been only 1 other as Cathy. I walked in to request a storage unit. I was greeted by two professionals named Trish and Lalania. Both were friendly and polite. I was asked what would be stored to determine my unit size. I was given a ride to inspect the unit. And I secured the unit on the spot. They also helped me to selected the additional items needed to make my move a success. This was my best storage rental experience ever! Thanks so much ladies!

There is a lady working here that rocks. I was moving to my new apartment and needed boxes. My mom told me to swing by here. The manager trish got me boxes bubble wrap tap and showed me what all else i would need to move everything. without her im sure i would have lost some stuff on the road. Thanks public storage!

Ive been at this storage location around 5 yrs. I have never had a problem. Everyone that works there are so friendly.
