Dont go to this place -- I was very happy when I rented a truck from them yesterday - The senior couple, particulary the man who runs this was very nice. When I tried to return it today - They got the younger generation, the son and daughter - they treated as if I stole thier truck - the younger girl, ran outside near the truck, jumped inside in the back - checking everything, the son looked at the ramp which was unlocked - asked me "do you see anyting wrong" - treated me very bad - I made a mistake by not calling them when I returned the truck this morning, I rented it at 11 AM in the morning - I said i thought I will be done by 6 PM, and I might get a call on sunday night if you needed it, I returned it around 11 this morning. They didnt care about your reasons or whatever, they moment I came back, I was treated very badly. Not worried about paying $110 for one day for 30 miles drive, refueling charge $30, gas @4.50 a gallon for 6 gallons for 30 miles - all the charge, what was hurting was not the money I paid, but the when I got treated. I will never go there - never.

I rented my unit because they agreed to receive my deliveries for my small business. The owner (Jerry) got sick and entered the hospital. Jerry was the one who told me that he would receive my deliveries and sign for them. This is the reason I decided to rent from them. It wasnt much more than a week after Jerry got sick that I received an email stating that my deliveries would no longer be accepted effective immediately! There was no warning or at least a grace period to take care of shipments that were in process. I was just cut off at the knees. I hope Jerry recovered from his illness and is back running the place. His word is good but I wouldnt trust any one else working there.

Moved from Uhaul on 380 and Custer because of the on site people who run Prosper Self Storage. If ANYONE has a problem with these folks it their own fault. These people have gone out of their way to make my stay there pleasant and reasonable. If you are looking for a place to do business with and have great customer service,,,,, this is it.

These guys are great! Sammie and Jerry are a delightful couple who take great pride in offering the best rental facility in Prosper and work hard to accommodate my needs at their facility.. If you have a problem they are on it take care of it. The facility is very clean and well maintained and well lit to provide a secure environment.

Have rented storage units for months. Have been super happy. Sammie and Jerrie have been great. The place stays so clean which is nice when searching for a place to store your belongings. They know you by name which makes it even more secure to me. We have been so pleased!

Ive used storage most my adult life and I have to say this is an amazing facility. The management is super friendly and helpful, they made my move from out of state seamless (thank you Mike & Jessica). The facility is clean and I feel very safe here.

Took away our outdoor space to make room for a new building but waited until after the first of the month and our payment was in. Made no effort to compensate us. No one is ever in the office either. Find another place. Rip off.
