This facility is suburb. With a recent cross country move and coming out of a 6000 sq ft home, I was terrified of storing our household goods, antiques and art. My experience here has been quite the opposite. This facility is exceptionally clean and well cared for. It is run by two professionals who are extremely helpful and service oriented. They will spend the time with you to help determine exactly what you need. With the many nuances of my move, they have always been flexible and fair. I have since moved into my new home, but continue to store with them. I dont have to worry about things and that is a great relief. Highly, highly, highly recommended. In a day where service is the exception, it is the rule at Advantage Storage on Henneman Way in McKinney. *********

This company at this particular location is one of the worst storage places ever. They have double charged my credit card for payment and took a month to resolve it. Also management/Owner does a poor job in returning calls and does not keep their word on anything. They are only out to make every dollar count but poor customer service skills. I cant say the same about every Advantage Storage because they are franchised and individually owned. But this one, I have had a personal experience and its terrible. Would not recommend this location to anybody.

Store my S. D. Skateboards company supplies, decks, apparel, ramps etc. here. I started with a smaller unit and they helped me to move to better size and location as business grew. The managers are nice to work with and dependable. They helped me set up automatic payments when I started having trouble remembering to pay on the 1st...Good place, good people, good, clean storage...Id recommend Advantage Storage in Craig Ranch to anyone. Plus I got a 10% discount for using my business tax id on my Lease. Thumbs Up.

Constant rate hikes. Fined $50 for throwing away a handful of shoe boxes without breaking them down. Manager said there was a sign by the dumpster indicating that "all" boxes had to be broken down. Obviously ridiculous to have to break down a few shoe boxes, but to make it worse - it was night and the sign was unlit and not visible in the dark. Manager would not budge on the fine. Lost me as a customer forever over $50. Id give this place 0 stars if it would let me.

super nice staff. we ran into a situation where we were between homes and needed a location in between the both for a week. the manager was super awsome with us understood our situation, we were able to use the truck when we needed and we werent charged an arm and leg. I would recommend this location and site to everyone. the staff is knowledge and super easy to work with , the site is clean and easy to access and the emailed receipts are awsome. Heather A

I called this location looking for a large storage unit. Although they did not have the unit I was looking for, Wendy took the time to give me two other Advantage Self Storage locations which might have one. I called the store on Stockard Drive, reserved a unit. Done!!! Other storage facilities in the Frisco area would be very fortunate to have Wendy as their employee.

Had a really great experience storing here for about six months - we had used other storage facilities in the past which were OK, but the on site managers here were always super helpful and willing to go above and beyond, even bringing us cold bottled water on our 100 degree move-out day. Facility is very secure, clean, and well maintained. We were very happy with them.

Very clean and easily accessible facility run by two top notch professionals. The managers are what make this place a delight to store our household items in. We got a discount for our initial 3 months and then they helped us determine what storage was best for the items we wanted to store. Recommend highly to potential clients who are looking for storage.

Had to take over the storage unit from my father when they moved to a different state. Staff was very considerate and very helpful. Site is very secure. Manager runs a tight ship but I appreciate that and it shows by the facility looking as good as it does. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Prices are competitive for the area as well.

I rented a space in September of 2014 from Advantage Storage - McKinney (Craig Ranch) and the office staff was very professional and friendly to deal with. My space was VERY clean and the grounds and hallways were always very clean and nice. Would definitely rent from here again and would recommend to friends and family!

The people that run this place are awesome! Best customer service ever! Storage is storage the difference here is the people actually care about your business and your needs. Highly recommend this place! Security system is a plus too. They even let me see how it worked to ease any concerns I might have.
