Thanks, Storage Choice! This facility is brand new in a very convenient location to Downtown, Uptown, and Deep Ellum areas of Dallas. Storage Choice has a variety of unit sizes (all temperature controlled) and 2 freight elevators. Parking for vehicles/unloading is undercover which is helpful for the moving process (provides shade and shelter from rain). What I love most about Storage Choice is that it seems very secure...there are multiple coded entry points and prominent surveillance cameras. This facility offers great promotions and even provides a lock to new tenants and 1 time use of the facility Box Truck. Finally, the staff was VERY professional and kind. I was able to get my unit rental set up in under 30 minutes on a Friday evening. I am very pleased with my experience at Storage Choice and would recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable and stress-free experience.

Without a doubt, this was the easiest and most efficient experience Ive had with renting a storage unit. I completed the entire process over the phone, with Linda, and online (their online application system is excellent) and was able to work with Linda on the size of the unit throughout the day, as my move was in progress. I decided to use this as an place to organize things before they go into my home in Dallas. Some people may say that storage is an unnecessary expense, however, I inherited many letters and memorabilia from my parents when they died and Id like to spend some time reviewing them before moving them to my house. This convenient and secure location enable me to do that without cluttering my house first! And thats called peace of mind! Thanks, Linda!

I initially was going to go with Public Storage (down the road) because Storage Choice had not popped up on Google Search. I was then referred by my apartments leasing agent. I made the right choice! The facility is clean, state of the art, and convenient when entering either side of the building. What really stands out is the customer service. I had an issue with the movers and some of my property. Linda (one of the staff members) was very friendly and went out of her way to help me try to narrow down the search. We spent about two hours searching the camera recordings and she was eager to help every second of the way. If this location is an option for you.... hands down, do it. Ask for Linda.

Friends of WRR was looking for a short-term storage solution that was close to WRR radio station in Fair Park. I had known about this new facility and decided to try it out. I am very glad I did as the experience was very pleasant and extremely easy. Linda was nice to work with over the phone and in person. The month to month no contract and the convenient location made it very attractive for us to go with this facility. I highly recommend Linda and Storage Choice at Farmers Market.

This is an excellent location for the downtown area with a clean facility both inside and out. Key points that stand out to me are, clean elevator (usually smells fresh), clean restrooms, clean hallways and grounds area. All of this lets me know that management and the team really care about what their customers think and making them feel comfortable in a nice clean space. The customer service is hands down the best in the industry, friendly, respectful and always professional.

New facility very close to home. Manager was very accommodating to my constraints on move in date and locking in my unit well in advance. Customer Service at storage facilities is hard to find but not at this Storage Choice. The manager did a great job taking care of any challenges to my satisfaction. Free use of their truck (4 hours) was a great perk to move from an overpriced Public Storage unit in Carrollton. I made a good Choice in changing companies.

Wonderful facility that is practically brand new. I walked in super late (like five mins before closing) and Linda was still extremely helpful. She took me through many different storage unit sizes and the paperwork took less than 20 mins. Prices were very reasonable and the facility itself is extremely secure. I definitely trust having my entire home stored here.

I had an absolutely great experience with Linda. She was super nice and very helpful. They were brand new in opening and the elevators werent approved yet and she made sure I got the correct size unit I needed even though it was occupied by the buildings stuff. Overall it was a great service compared to other storage places I looked at.

First of all the facility is gorgeous. Right in the heart of downtown, very easy to get to. Renting a unit was a quick and extremely easy, I was in and out in ten minutes. Elevators are easy to use and I definitely feel that my belongings will be safe here.
