Jan the sales clerk did an excellent job helping me rent my storage unit. The day I rented, I gave Jan a great review because she was great to do service with. I had an issue that the unit that I rented was presented to me as a 10 x 20. I measured and found it to be only 10 x 19. I asked Jan why was the unit beeing presented to me as a 10 x 20 instead of a 10 x 19. She could not give an explanation, but said she would contact me the following Monday or Tuesday, which is in 2 or 3 days. It has been 2 weeks and I still have not heard anything from Jan. I am so disappointed in Jan for not following up with me. I took my time to write a good review for her the day I rented the unit, believing she would followup. I did check my contract at home and saw that the contract did say sizes are approximate. I can understand approximate size, but 1 whole foot. The width is a couple inches shorter than 10 feet, which I can understand the unit being presented as 10 feet in width, but the length being whole foot short, I cant understand that being presented as approximately 20 feet. For these 2 reasons, of no followup and the unit being a complete foot short, am changing my 4 star, to a 1.

I understand that some people give low ratings because they are mad but this was just not a good experience and did not improve. They have a rodent problem and claimed that they dont. However when I pointed out the issue the manager immediately put mice poisoning in my unit. Why do they have it readily available and its not a problem. Next it got worse and there are mouse drippings on all my stuff. I asked about accommodations and the manage said no. Also read the fine print the location reserves the right to raise your rent (with notice) but still your rates are not locked in unless you pay for the whole year. They harassed me with excess calling until I joined now I pay close to $200 for rodent problems. The manager attempts to be nice but he is not good at solving problems which tells me they dont care as someone will come and rent regardless of the problems.

We just relocated from Las Vegas and came so close to the end of the day and Brent still helped us. It was near closing when we arrived and we were still able to get a storage and I was thrilled. Brent was willing to show us different size units to ensure we had more than enough space for our items. We were able to get a climate control unit and started moving items in today. Thanks for being so helpful Brent. By the way if you dont have the proper lock no worries they have them on site. Its better to by the lock from the location to ensure you have the right one. Now we are one step closer to being settled.

They are very professional and best of all great customer service, Ms Elaine by far the best she was so helpful and informative and she didnt have the "Im nice because i have to be" kind of service she expressed the genuine Im going over and beyond for another person because its just common courtesy kind!! I highly recommend this facility and company! Also every storage Ive seen were spotless and ready to store!

I rented awhile ago but I felt that I should go back and leave a review due to recent changes with this facility. Since Brent has taken over management I couldnt be happier with the customer service. He is very knowledgeable and can answer any questions on the spot and is very helpful. I will recommend that all my friends and family go see Brent at Extra Space for their storage needs.

This is easily the best storage unit service and facility Ive ever used. The employees there are very kind genuine and professional. I had the chance for ms. ELAINE a wonderful lady who knows her stuff and very honest! For sure come to this place and my truck actually fit in the storage amazing place clean and up kept also no smoking no trash no homeless ppl wondering around

From the moment I walked in the door Elaine was so helpful polite and friendly, what a pleasant experience! Even the next day when I was loading my items into the storage she drives by just to make sure everyone is okay which makes me feel extra safe and comforts me that my items are going to be safe as well. The staff at Assured Self Storage is very helpful and courteous. They didnt hesitate to help me in any way possible. The property is very clean, and there is a big security monitor when you enter the facility. This makes me feel safe about renting a storage space there. I will use Assured Self Storage again in the future.
