I have been to many storage facilities in the DFW area. Extra space storage in Garland has been my best experience. When you rent the storage unit you feel youre welcomed by a friendly knowledgeable staff that will meet you needs. Some of the reasons I decided to rent at this facility is they have security cameras everywhere, second there facility is one of the few ones in the area that have 18 wheeler accessibility, third there prices are very competitive with the market. Mark and Connie are very helpful in meeting your storage needs.I highly recommend them.

Connie and Mark are amazing human beings. They have been kind and generous in every way possible since we stepped in the door. My husband and I were both laid off and lost our home. When we rented our units, we were as low as two people could possibly be mentally. Connie was more compassionate than most of our family was. On top of the personal experience weve had, the units are clean and well monitored. If we ever need storage again, this will be where we go. Thanks, Connie!

Just finished up here. Actually, Ill be moving the last of my stuff out tomorrow. The customer service experience was rock solid. Mark and Connie are two of the nicest and most helpful people i think Ive ever met in my life. Im not exaggerating. Im 26 years old and pretty cynical, so for me to say that is rare. I am so thankful that I found this place. Connie and Mark have been nothing but helpful from the very first time I called. You get the sense they really care about people, which is something you dont find everywhere. I was able to get in quickly, everything is very nice and clean. Whenever they first showed me my unit the door was messed up and when I came back three days later they had fixed it. This place is a win.

I found this location, after searching for the best deal in my area. I reserved online, got a great deal!! The manager called me the next day to see if Id like to come by to look at the 5x5 unit. Thankfully I did because I ended up needing a bigger unit than I originally thought. Mark was a great help, from the beginning, and made sure I had the amount of space needed.

The customer service I received from Connie made me feel as if I were family. She was kind from start to finish. I did have an issue with my storage unit, but by the time I brought it to her attention. She had already fixed it. Would recommend this storage facility to any who need a unit. Been renting storage space since Dec. 2011....Connie has been awesome to work with over the course of 2+ years. Never had an issue with safety, very clean, and well run by Connie and her staff. I just got a house, so am moving out of storage on march 15th, but I am almost sad to not be keeping at least a small space here!
