Ive used this storage facility for the last 3 years and had been happy with the management. However, that has changed and Ive found the current management to be rude and incompetent. After several run-ins with the management, I asked to contact the owner. They refused to give me his phone number but with considerable effort I was able to track him down in California. Incidentally, he is one of the reviewers who has given the place a positive review. I wrote him several e-mails and found him to be pleasant, responsive and understanding but to date, he hasnt done anything to fix the customer relations problems he has at the Garland facility. After complaining to him, the local management responded by sending me a lease termination notice with no reason given even though I had paid several months in advance. Subsequently, they even sent me several blank lease termination notices, couldnt keep dates straight, and threatened to post my property for public sale even though Ive paid every penny they asked me to pay for 3 years. The bottom line is the storage facility may have lower rates than some others but if they do have lower rates and you are considering leasing space from them, brace yourself for what, in my opinion, is rude, vindictive, and incompetent management. Ive stopped leasing from them and wont consider using them again unless theres a complete turn around in management style and in customer service.

I have been renting from them for 4yrs. They just changed management and they are the worst. The get flooded out every time it rains. There is a creek in back that floods. I had my things ruined the first time it rained so I got a tarp and put it under the door. This worked until that rude manager told me I had take it out. I told her about the flooding and she didnt care it didnt look nice and she wanted it gone. I couldnt believe it. The place is crappie storage unit. They arent responsible for the damage to my stuff but will not alow me to protect it. She is a horrible person.

Ive had a unit here for almost 2 yrs. Since the new management I have been very displeased. I called today to ask a question the girl asked if I had a hall unit I told her I didnt know what she meant by that she responded with talking very slow and loud repeating do you have a hall until I told her I can hear fine and Im not stupid I just dont understand what a hall until is. She made a noise of disgust and said never mind I will look it up. I told her she had very bad customer service she replied thank you. So needless to say I will be finding a new storage facility.

I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and overall management here. I travel quite a bit so needed something fast and efficient. Not only was the customer service suburb when I visited my unit, the price was extremely fair and competitive to other areas. Extremely pleased 5 stars!

i have asked twice and they do not allow vehicles to be stored there the first time they said it had to have the gas and oil drained. about 6 months later they said they dont allow them stored. there site says its allowed so prob there is no communication with there staff

The year the place got flooded, my items got damaged but I was reimbursed. I really do appreciate that. The owner was pleasant despite the flood, I would use them again as most of my items were fine and I have use them for 3 years in a row.
