This is a great storage place. I was out price shopping different storage places and this one wasnt necessarily the cheapest place I could find, but the staff there was so nice and helpful that I chose to come back to store my stuff with them. The managers name is Nathan and he made my wife and I feel safe about storing our items with them by pointing out the cameras to us and the fact that they do lock checks while they are there to make sure everyones stuff is secure. After our house is ready and get our stuff moved out we will definitely be coming back here!

Great place. Rented a space for a considerable time with no hassles. Great staff. Secure storage in my experience. Hopefully the name change is a minor fact. I liked the name Uncle Bobs. This facility has been a well managed rental space. In my opinion Uncle Bobs conveyed a comfortable friendly atmosphere. "Life Storage" seems too sterile,corporate and impersonal.

This place rocks! Veronica is so super friendly and made us feel right at home. We will be using Uncle Bobs in the future! Prices are very reasonable, too, and I love being able to set up an account online. After driving 2,000 miles to move my daughter and grandson back to Texas from Indiana, Veronica was so friendly and nice that she made me smile!

We had moved our belongings into this storage facility for two months. Yesterday we pulled our stuff out and discovered that rats had eaten through our furniture and our jet skis. They do not maintain proper pest control and the manager made it clear that he did not care that rats were running through and destroying peoples belongings.

As a 20 year customer at this Mesquite location, I would like to commend the current staff (manager Nathan and the rest of the staff) for always being helpful,courteous,and professional. This is the best team to date, and I would recommend this location to anyone I knew who was looking for storage space.

They found me several units helped me compare prices according to what i needed they were always going above and beyond to meet customers needs. They are compassionate and understanding. I would definitely store here again.

I hate to give this place even one star, the management and staff are nice and professional However I have a dead rat inside my climate controlled unit that has apparently eaten my furniture and left droppings in my items. Please beware of the rats here. Im finding that rats have lived in my unit.

Nathan and Brandon were so helpful during my storing experience, that before my rent was even due, I would stop by just to pay early, and I am a huge procrastinator. They contact you when you are about to go late, so it actually seems like they care.
