Unfortunately I acquired roaches from here. If you have to choose here (and maybe this is a problem at all storage places, not sure) have them spray all around the unit. They can only spray outside your door once you move in and they only spray outside everyone elses door so if you happen to get a unit next to someone with a roach problem theyll just go between the walls. I took my stuff out of there only to find hundreds of roaches all over my things. Not just a few. Its been awful bringing them into my home as weve never had a roach before, ever. It makes me sick to think about them crawling all over my things. We were shocked when we moved our things out of there. Of course roaches are just one of those things that "they cant foresee" so they arent going to off you any compensation for infecting your home and belongings with a nasty roach problem. Its just one of those learning experiences. However they were very nice! But, weve been left with a long fight to get rid of these nasty things.

Come in when its slow and you can be treated to hearing employees complain to one another about how stupid customers are. Ask a question about shipping costs and you will almost certainly get the sarcastic smile with the response of "I can save you .28 if that would help you out financially." For a mail and storage retail location Ive never seen such elite clerks that are just so much better than the general public. Dont blame Google for 6 year old poor reviews. You still havent improved but the "blame for failure everyone but yourselves" game plan is a failure. Go to UPS and save being the topic of ridicule and cashier gossip.
