Im the cookie manager for a local girl scout troop in Forney and the day I was supposed to pick up our entire troops cookies using a truck and full size suv, it was forcasted to rain all day. We could no longer use the truck and the suv was not large enough to pick up all the cookies. I called Chris after hours the day before to see if their moving truck was available to use, but unfortunately, it was reserved. Due to the rain, she called the person that had it reserved to see if they still planned on using it and she found out they werent. She called me the next morning to let me know it was available and to pick it up as soon as I was ready. Chris was great to work with and went above and beyond to help our girl scout troop. It was a pleasure working with her! On behalf of our entire girl scout troop, thank you so much!

Bait and Switch, thank goodness I did not need the storage immediately. Went down to reserve the space beginning Saturday. The first person I talked to, said they would match Public Storage 1.00 month move in, 15.00 admin fee. Okay. Got there, it was 175.00, that included pro rate starting today, not Saturday. When I asked if that included the 1 month free, I was told by Cole it would be 320.00 if I wanted the 1 month. So, after driving down there, I find out in order for them to match, I had to pay twice the amount I would have paid with Public Storage. Needless to say, they lost out on a 10 month lease and their competition got the 10 month lease. I dont fly with being told one thing on the phone, and a second to my face. I wouldnt trust these people any further than I could throw them.

My mother in law passed away suddenly in October and I called numerous storage facilities searching for one that could hold all of her items. I needed something for 3 months to get us through the holidays until we had time to go through it all as a family. Many places I called I received a voice-mail with a message that I would get a call back. I needed to move quickly and needed instant gratification. The minute I spoke to Cole I knew I was in good hands. I met with him, he showed me a size I thought I needed until I actually saw it. He helped me understand the size I really needed for a 2 bedroom apartment and he was absolutely right. Cole was professional, honest and the site is very well cared for. High security. lots of lighting and very convenient. Thank you Cole for all your help.

So I had one of the greatest experiences using Marquis Ranch. When I first went in, my one objective was to find a facility that could give me a climate controlled unit at a decent rate. A 5x5 was all I needed to store some of my sports equipment and a few guitars. So I lucked out! About a week in I lost my key. (Dumb me... I know) However, a wonderful lady named Christie helped me out. I called her up and let her know what had occurred and she stepped in right away. I dont think Ive ever had service like this before. Lastly, getting out was a smooth transition. Ladies and gentlemen, if you need a storage facility in Kaufman County, Marquis Ranch is the place to go! Oh, and do tell Christie I said "Hi!".

If youre looking for a safe, clean, and convenient place to store your stuff, Marquis Ranch is the place. They have everything you would need for a move from boxes to a free moving truck. I called inquiring about a 10x20 climate control space, but Samantha the office manager offered to show me several different sizes and really legitimately cared about getting me into the right size for me. I ended up only needing a 10x10, that was a perfect fit and was able to save a myself a lot money between having her identify my storage needs accurately and the use of their complimentary moving truck!! Cannot say enough great things about this place! Marquis Ranch and the manager Samanth certainly earned their 5 stars!

Very nice staff who has you covered with all angles. Trevor was very attentive and went way out of his way to help me in all aspects of my move. You get the use of a free truck within the first month of your move...you save hundreds of dollars with this option. I moved from Cubesmart Storage in Dallas to Marquis Storage for easy accessibility. The units are just as spacious and tall. The only difference is there is no light inside the unit. Marquis Storage is very affordable and definitely beat other storage units when it came to pricing. I would recommend Marquis Storage to anyone in the Forney area...and ask for Trevor! Tell him Tammy sent you.

Came here on moving day, thought I had a unit reserved and a truck, only to discover I didnt have a unit or a truck! I wanted a unit in Forney, not a unit in ghetto Dallas! Mary from the Dallas location even called to confirm the unit and truck on Friday and it still got screwed up. The manager at the Forney location offered me a smaller unit for way more and didnt have a truck to use even if I wanted to use them. Needless to say, I was left finding a storage unit and Uhaul at the last minute on a day that is already stressful enough. Never seen this level of incompetence in all my life...store your stuff somewhere else.

The worst Storage unit.......... Management is a joke = storage unit paid until end of month - we purchased a home moved things out the it was CHRISTMAS was moving items back in that we were currently not using and the leased my unit. Did not give a notice per the lease/did NOT call and cancel again I was paid thru end of month . Terrible business and shady to collect money for full month and without a call or email lease the unit and collect more money. You cannot pick and choose what part of the lease you would like to adhere to.

Every year my husband buys more Halloween decorations and my kids were getting upset at us trying to store the "dead faces" in the only empty walk in closet in their room. Didnt bother them during the day, but at night they were not happy. Oh well, i cant say I blame them, I was afraid of my sisters doll collection when I was little. Place was clean. Helpful office people. Lady was nice to my boys even though they were acting like fools all over the place. Recommended.

Checked on our unit recently and an unattended leak from the roof damaged some of our items inside the unit. Now we have irreplaceable mid century wood furniture and boxes with pictures and documents that have water damage and smell of mildew. The location is convenient for us but the monthly rates are high and in this case you do not get what you pay for. What is the point of paying for storage when your items are damaged?

Courteous staff and very willing to help. On 2 separate occasions I needed the office to stay open later than normal and I didnt even have to ask, they offered without hesitation and allowed me to use their moving truck free of charge. They definitely take professionalism to the next level. Highly recommended and completely satisfied with their service. Other companies could learn a lot from the way they go to business.
