The staff is awesome! However, the units are way too expensive, not climate controlled and you will get a rate increase every six months without notice! I have been there for less than 2 years and received two rate increases so far. Check around, south Tulsa offers many other options for a lot less… Bigger units and climate controlled. Nearly every storage facility offers a locked in rate… Except these units! Look elsewhere, and lock in a rate… So you dont have to be in the position Im in now to move everything out into another facility. PS: Rate increases occur giving notice you have 1 one month before the increase occurs! Bad business policy!

The manager Rhonda is the greatest. She showed me the available units that compare to the one I already have somewhere else. She is amazing. As for the storage facility. The units I looked at were super clean. Very nice.
