We were in need of a storage unit on FM1488 and came across public storage, among others as well. After comparing prices we found them to offer better deals which was enough to make us give them a shot. My expectation was just to go in and get a storage unit...which we did and totally hassle free....but what was surprising to me was the level of customer service we received. Kiersten was professional but personable and was able to advise us on the appropriate size unit for our belongings. One specific thing that I was especially pleased with was on the day we were moving stuff in she came to check on us and brought some water. It seems so simple but it spoke volumes to me and my husband as well. She went above an beyond to ensure we had all our questions answered and explained thoroughly the financial aspect of it so there were absolutely no surprises. Word of mouth referral, in my opinion, is the best. We will be recommending public storage on 1488 and direct friends/family to Kiersten no doubt! If you are looking for a storage unit with competitive pricing and fantastic customer service look no further!

The ease of reserving a unit online was excellent. The facility and grounds were very clean and very convenient to get to. The office staff was excellent, walked me to the unit to ensure it was going to be the amount of space I needed, and I even had a follow up call with the manager to ensure my check in process was to my satisfaction. There are only two cons. One I was not expecting to have to purchase a monthly insurance - first ever having to run across something like that when having a storage unit and that was in no way indicated on the website. I wasnt expecting that extra fee from the website quote. Still a good comparable monthly rate to their competitors though. Secondly, it is not 24 hour access, so during the week it is very limited to have the ability to access your unit.

Fantastic representation and a wonderful experience.... Kierstin is a professional that understands the meaning of customer service, takes tremendous pride in her work, and truly cares about her clients. Sensing that we were stressed out about our moving logistics and space needed, Kierstin maintained a calm demeanor, helped us get organized, made some strategic suggestions and ultimately, offered us the reassurance and comfort we needed. With so many things weighing on our minds, she remained cool and it was so wonderful to know that she had the answers for our storage needs. This woman is simply the best...and were now proud to call her our friend! Bravo Kierstin! Bravo!

This facility is very clean, with high security and a Manager named Kierstin that is Customer service oriented! Kierstin helped me on more than one occasion as we moved from our home and awaited completion of our new one. She is quick to walk you around and will go the extra mile to ensure your storage experience is a good one. One day late in the afternoon I was at my nicely air conditioned locker in August when she came strolling through for a security check. This locker was the farthest from the office and she begins there and walks her way back through every one! You will not be unhappy with your decision to rent from her.

Very upset. Access has been closed to storage units since Friday 8/25. Reason given was because of Hurricane Harvey. There is no flooding in this area and all other storage places are open and have access. Left me stranded with a Uhaul full of furniture and items from our home. Was told by the local staff that it was a Corporate issued order and that they couldnt do anything, but I called Public Storage Corporate and there is nothing in their system about closing. Seems to me it was a decision made by the staff. Will definitely be finding another storage place after we can get our stuff out.

Kiersten gets the job done! Business owners need to come here. Easy and fast transaction while I had little time for small talk and presentation. I rented a unit for 3 businesses. I was straight up robotic and rushed. She worked at my pace. She did not seemed bothered by my approach. She entertained me with great customer service in the office while doing paperwork. She made sure i understood everything and helped me narrow down my choices of units to choose from. It took less than 25 minutes to rent from her. Great person!

I was having storage issues and Crystal was most helpful. Her coworker, Haley (I believe), was also helpful in taking care of all my problems and concerns. If I can afford to do so, I plan on keeping all my goodies locked up at this location because their pricing is very affordable, especially compared to the pricing that the previous owner, Morningstar offered. These gals are always pleasant and willing to go the extra mile to make their customers happy....or maybe they just like me! ha-ha.

My husband and I are new parents and looking for a new house so a storage unit was a must have! We are so happy at Public Storage and incredibly impressed with all the help Crystal has provided us with. She always takes her time answering all of our questions and seems genuinely interested in looking out for our needs. We happily pass on the word that this is a wonderful storage facility and the staff goes beyond all expectations for their customers!

Gladys was very nice and informative. The operator that I spoke with on the phone to reserve this unit did not inform me of mandatory ins nor buying a lock from the storage facility itself. Gladys apologized for their lack of communication. Gladys also stayed a few minutes late to take care of me due to the fact I have 2 jobs and it was hard to get there to do my paperwork and I was late. Gladys is very kind and I hope she stays at this location.

First time using public storage. Wonderful experience. Vivian made it a very easy experience. Right from stepping in she is very welcoming and she really takes cares of you and knows how to give customer service. My whole public storage experience was simple with her taking care of me. I also liked the promotion for the first month. I wish i could give 10 stars. Would recommended this location to others. It is also right off the highway.

I was very pleased with the service at this location. I wanted to move from 1 storage unit to a climate-controlled unit. Kiersten was very helpful and able to answer all my questions regarding the billing and pro-rated amounts for the month. Once I emptied out the old unit, she was quick to help me close it out and confirm that everything was taken care of. Ill certainly continue using this location.

Public storage was great to deal with. Had an short notice move due to losing my job. The call center was able to price out the cheapest option for my needs. My experience was with the fm1488 location. Kirsten is friendly and also super helpful. The facility is very clean and feels very secure. My belongings were in the storage units from Oct to dec, encountered a lot of rain and nothing got wet.

Kiersten was awesome! Anything I needed, she got/did for me. Her customer service skills were top notch. She is very dedicated to her job, and excels at it. I highly recommend renting from her. Your belongings are always being watched and if anything is out of the ordinary, she calls and emails you right then to let you know. I will never store my belongings anywhere else but Public Storage.
