We have been customers since 2006 and have never had a bad experience. We moved from a smaller to a larger unit in 2010 without any problems with the billing. The facility is clean year-round and our climate controlled unit lived up to all the expectations provided. We will be moving from this facility at months end due to a move from the area. Jackie, the property manager, walked me through the very accommodating exit process even waiving the 30 day written notice. If you are in the market for a storage unit in the Spring, TX area, I would highly recommend that you contact Jackie at the Stuebner Airline location.

Jackie was very helpful, when I arrived Saturday to reorganize my storage unit. I had not been here in a couple of months (bad winter weather) and the place had a new paint job. I found my unit, but had trouble opening my lock. When I could not get it open, I went to the office to ask for help. Jackie walked back with me and helped me get the lock open. She also walked back to me again, because I left my second set of keys in the office and she made sure I had the keys. Jackie was helpful, courteous and welcoming. I greatly appreciated her help and highly recommend her for all the help she gave me this weekend.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Public Storage on Stuebner Airline. I met a gentelman by the name of Vince he works at the place. He was so helpful and very kind. He even was nice enough to give me directions . I am very knew to the area and I still get lost but because of Vince and his great customer service and navigation skills I was able to make it home with out any problem. I will sure to recommend this Public Storage on Stuebner Airline to anyone that needs a affordable storage and is looking for nice friendly staff this is the palce to go.

Vince was not only polite, accommodating and thorough in showing & helping me rent out the right space for me but was a total life-saver in recovering my padlock keys that I had lost & left behind at the space. On the day I came in to lease out, it was about 45 mins before close but Vince had no problem in taking his time in helping to make sure I rented an appropriate space for my needs and was thorough in helping explain and review the lease agreement. Have rented here and would rent again A+++

The lady that was working that day we went in and one of the storage for my son Terry was her name was absolutely the sweetest lady the most helpful lady and they are right across in a long time she is very detailed about her job and rent in SD Storage make sure everything was exactly right double checked. All in all shes a very good public relations person and I would hire her in a minute to work for me so yes I didnt place is wonderful and the storage unit was exactly what I said perfect

I came to your location for storage information, while I was there your employee Chelsea took me around and showed me different units and sizes. She was able to make me know my property would be very secure at your facility, with double codes for entry and 24 hour surveillance of the location. This employee knows her company well. I will be relocating in the next week or two to work in another state for about year. Looking forward to doing business with you shortly Chelsea .

I have enjoyed working with Vince at Public Storage on Stuebner Airline. The first time he showed us our future space it was raining. The 2nd time we went to confirm the space would work for us, of course, it was raining and he was always willing to get out in the cold and rain. He has a lot of pride in the property and it is well maintained, not to mention it is 2 blocks from our home. I look forward to a long and pleasant relationship with Public Storage!!!

On my first visit to the facility, Jackie helped me. She was extremely nice and very pleasant to work with. I had to coordinate some moving details before I could sign a contract, but promised to return the next day when I had taken care of my issues. I returned today to complete the contract and Chelsea was on duty, and she too was as nice as anyone you could ever meet. PS is very fortunate to have individuals of this caliber managing this facility.

I had a Fantastic experience here. I moved from another state for personal reasons and needed a place to store some belongings. Cant believe how quick Vince took care of my needs, he made everything very easy. They are very easy to work with and very friendly! Definitely recommend them to all of my friends. Vince took quite a bit of time helping my friend who had questions about their boxes. Very professional and well operated establishment.

All I came in for was to buy a few boxes. Leticia helped me find the perfect boxes and supplies to protect my antiques. She didnt just tell me to get this box. She went into detail about why I needed this box and this bubble wrap for my antiques. Great smile and friendly! Come here for storage supplies.

Great spot. Had no issues while storing my stuff. If you want to keep your personal items in safe location I say come here. New girl Lety drove around twice a day checking units. Offered me water while moving out and asked if everything worked out while storing here. Great personal service.
