I have had a storage unit with Cy-fair Storage for over a year now and I have only great thing to say about the storage facilities and the staff. Recently after this devastating on Monday April 18,2016. Im out of town at the moment and was unable to check on my belongings so I got in contact with them to see if any water had found its way into my unit. They personally walked my unit and reported back that all my personal belongings were not only safe but also HIGH and DRY!! Thank you so much CY-Fair storage you have relieved me of some stress off today. So if youre in search of a storage unit for any of your needs that is secure but also will keep your items dry through one of the worst floods in history of the Houston area, I would highly recommend Cy-Fair storage!

Recently did business with them, (rented a UHAUL trailer cargo). I will NEVER do business with them ever again, and will not refer anyone to them. I have used Uhaul numerous times and have never had a problem. I was charged a cleaning fee which I felt was ridiculous because I know for a fact I cleaned it out, I did not fold blankets which I will admit to but to charge someone for that is ridiculous. Employees are stuck up and their excuse is "Well that was a manager call" but when asked to speak to manager nobody is there. This was my first & LAST time doing business with this company. Found out that my neighbor actually used them for storage and they would not recommend as well. I feel sorry for their customers and would NOT RECOMMEND going there to anyone!!!

My wife and I rented a 10x10 climate controlled unit for about a year. We used it to thin out some of our furniture and belongings while selling our home at the time. We visited the unit regularly to swao out seasonal items and continued storing furniture while we renovated our new home. The staff was always friendly and we never had any issues getting to our unit. We always felt safe at any time. We finally cleaned it out today and closed our account. Everything we pulled out was in the exact condition we left it in. Upholstered furniture, wood furniture, and wool rugs had no insect damage or any musty odors. So the climate controlled units worked as advertised throughout all 4 seasons. I would recommend and will use again if the need should arise.

Cy-Fair Storage has been an absolute pleasure to work with. My professional career has taken me across the country, and I’ve experienced my fair share of self-storage facilities. Cy-Fair Storage is second to none. I wish I could properly express how professional everyone is. First off, this is the only place that the owner has given me his personnel phone number and told me to call for any issues. While I’ve never had to call the owner, this family-owned atmosphere is comforting and offers peace of mind. I discovered that the owner was also previously in the military which explained their level of security. From the security cameras to the 24-hour onsite manager, I always know my property is in good hands.

Lorenzo and Reuben were very helpful with getting our UHaul trailer checked in and getting us a storage unit. We came in close to close and never felt rushed. While I was going over paperwork with Lorenzo, Reuben made sure the storage unit would acomadate our needs Everything was fast and easy. We had a question about our uhaul deposit Lorenzo went above and beyond to make sure we had a correct answer. With us being new to the area they reassured us that our stuff will be safe and that they have people that live on the grounds that do patrols. To top it off I also love the fact that this facility is veteran owned and the staff is all veterans as well!

The facilities are impeccably maintained, the staff always friendly and accommodating, and the security is top notch so we know our belongings are safe in our absence. Even though I was running late and had showed up very close to closing time the staff took very good care of me and not only setup my new storage unit but also took the extra time to show me the space and how to access the gates and building door access code terminals. I know we went past closing time but that didnt seem to bother them. I appreciate their courtesy and professional business attitude. Im currently still have my stuff there and will look forward to doing more business with them as the needs arise.

They are always congenial, efficient and accomodating to the needs of their customers. When I moved to Houston, Cy-Fair Storage was extremely helpful in making my process of moving easier. I needed space immediately for my belongings and the staff was very kind and professional. They even helped me unload the boxes into the storage unit. I then relocated again and used their U-Haul service, which was convenient. Although I am not currently residing in Houston, my family and I are still using the storage unit and I feel very comfortable in knowing my belongings are secure.

I was pleasantly surprised to walk in to Cy-Fair Storage and be promptly greeted by Landon and John (the owner). The facility, including the property, appeared to be clean and well kept. Landon and John were very welcoming and assured me that my belongings would be safely kept at Cy-Fair Storage.
