I just moved from Bryan. And it was Christmas Eve 2016. I thought I do not want all my crap in a rental truck the Holidays. So I started calling around. I thought to myself no one will be open on Christmas Eve. Guess what??? Life Storage on 16214 Spring Cypress in Cypress was open. So I pulled in. And this man Scott was there. He was the nicest man he showed me what they had and just very nice. It is a Clean Place. So I told him that I would be back with help to unload and rent a space. Yes, I still have my crap on the Truck. Still looking for people / Friends to help me during the holidays to go back to Life Storage to Rent and Unload. Thanks again Scott, Bill Dickens

The people that work there are very nice, professional, and I recommend them. The place is clean. Why the one star then? Twice in my two month stay my unit ceiling leaked water onto my belongings. I was in climate controlled unit 444 and it leaked water and ruined some of my furniture and personal belongings. They offered that I could move across the hall to unit 445 (I had to do that myself - not fun). Then 2+ weeks later got another call - water leak again. At least they called. Again the people are great. But there is something wrong with the ceiling. There are SO SO SO many alternatives. Dont risk your belongings getting ruined like mine did with this place.

Ive been here for a little over a year (before the name change). Since day 1, this storage facility has met my every need: secure, clean, reasonably priced, and easy billing system. The manager on site, Jewely, provides excellent customer service and really makes you feel like a part of the family. I also like the layout. No matter where your unit is located you will have an easy time accessing it which means you can get to or drop off your stuff and get on with your day in the blink of an eye. If youre in the Cypress area, I highly suggest checking them out!

I have used Life Storage twice. The first time Jewely helped us was amazing. Even though she had clients waiting for her already she still took the time to help my daughter and I. When we came back the second time she couldnt have been more helpful. She was professional, calm, knowledgeable and most of all one of the nicest people Ive run across. This girl surely deserves a raise for just being chill with 3 clients waiting for her all at once. She is the reason why I would use Life Storage again and again!

Leaky roof in my unit from April 2016 until discovered Easter Weekend 2017. Wishing to avoid legal action I wrote a letter to the home office and have never received a response for damages which exceeded $5000. I was told that MY HOMEOWNERS POLICY should reimburse us for any damages. It was not my roof that leaked. When they ask you about buying insurance from the company LIFE STORAGE understand that even with additional coverage added the most it will cover is $7500.

Courteous , efficient, clean, price competitive and Ttop Nnotch customer service. Very honest and integrity minded seeking what is best for the customer. I looked into five different companies end of the 5 they were the second most competitive on price but for Superior treatment and new looking facility that is kept up well and superior customer service. I highly recommend using Life Storage.

I had to let EVERYONE know about Life Storage. WOW!!!! This used to be (Uncle Bobs) but is now Life Storage. I was there this morning and this place is so clean and the Associate Manager Scott was so nice and very knowledgeable about EVERY THING. VERY SATISFIED!!!!! And they were open early. I went to 2 other places before this and should have just come here first! The manager Jewely is awesome!! So helpful and made my move in a breeze. She called to make sure my move went ok and explained everything the day before of what I needed. This facility is clean, and I felt very comfortable putting all my belongings in storage for several months. I highly recommend this place!

Management team is very friendly, accommodating and always takes care of any needs I have. Property is clean and in the 6 years I have stored here, I have never had an issue. Big bonus is that when the area was impacted by flooding, this location did not have any problems.
