If you have nothing to do for a while, and dont want your hair cut, this is the place to go. Sign in and dont identify a barber, meaning that you will take "1st available." The implication is that the first barber to come free with take care of you. Not so. You will be skipped over repeatedly as the barbers look for the people that are wanting them. At least 3 people who arrived after I did went in front of me because I made the mistake of not naming a barber. When I finally figured it out, (OK, I was a little slow on the uptake) I left. I can only recommend that you dont go there in the first place. Save yourself some aggravation and, in my case, a very bad start to a day off from work.

I work with the best barbers! Everyone is excellent at their job, and a dream to work with. Most customers are long time customers and I enjoy the family that has formed in this shop. For the customer that got skipped it was a simple oversite. We would never intentionally skip over a new customer. We have six barbers so the wait time isnt usually more than any other Barber shop. Most times there isnt a wait!

Conveniently located, but sadly, they have no idea what "customer experience" means. I had no cash with me so I decided to go in and ask if they accepted debit. Enter the door and didnt get greeted or acknowledged. Employees in their phones while you are trying to ask questions. Debut and farewell for me.
