We just moved to Baytown and my husband has been needing a barber. We decided to try this place bc it seems like its the best one here in Baytown. Since it was my husbands first time going he obviously didnt know that it was by appt only. He walked in sat down, no on greeted him or even acknowledged that he was there after 15 mins of waiting someone finally asked him with a cocky attitude if he had an appt. my husband replied no and the barber told him it was appt only. so we left. Like WTF that should have been said in the beginning, and instead of that rude ass baraber just saying hey but let me see what day I can work you in its like he didnt care at all. Idk but my husband works at the plants and you gain more business word by mouth. This place was just a big disappointment. So now we found a better barber who knows how to treat his costumers in Pasadena its a drive but worth it. I wouldnt go here again.

Horrible customer service. Walked in and no-one even acknowledges you. Well, the cleaning guy did offer something to drink while you wait. After almost 2 hours of waiting I question one barber and he just blows me off so I left. Also, no working bathroom. Just a sign that says danger do not enter on the broken door. Ceiling had a big hole in it as well. Unprofessional! Definitely will not be back.

Horrible. The posted hours state they close at 9pm. I walked in at 7pm. There were only a few people left. I was denied service. They claim that was because they had somewhere to go. I feel that I was denied services due to the fact that I look Arabic.

Its always best to have an appointment and thats any where you go if you dont want to wait. Have been coming since they opened and hands down the best barbers I have ever met! Great group of guys! I truly recommend them!!!!

Not very social in that barber shop waited 3 hours for a haircut only for them to rush through it and it wasnt what i even asked for. Never going back.
