All too often, people only comment when they receive bad service and rightfully so. However, that was NOT my experience with Kingwood Tire and Auto. Another shop in town had tried to take us to the cleaners. We didnt feel right about it and so we brought our vehicle here. From the very beginning, we received excellent service. They took our vehicle on short notice and looked at it that same day. They checked our vehicle from head light to tail light and everywhere in between addressing all of our concerns. Every step of the way, they contacted us letting us know what they found and gave us options on how to fix it. They understood our financial situation and made recommendations accordingly. I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of. I feel that they did excellent work. I can drive my car in confidence knowing that our problems were solved. I will most definitely bring my vehicle here in the future for all of my service needs. Thank you to the fine folks at Kingwood Tire and Auto.

Have been taking my S10 to Eddie for about 3 years now, and agree with the previous comments about the mechanics @ KW Goodyear being very knowledgeable, and fair with prices, but lately I have noticed a decline in customer service; specifically a lack of communication when service is in progress. I sympathize with the demands of a busy business such as a mechanic shop, but will never agree that showing a complete disregard for customer service is good for business. Last time I checked, when I bring you my car, and you agree to fix it, you are in fact working for me; timely communication on your part is a requisite. Any business worth its weight has ownership who respects and exemplifies this standard, regardless of the customer. I have always paid my bills in full, and answered the phone when called. I am disappointed to be taking my S10 elsewhere as a result.

I have to give kudos to Mike. I needed air in one of my tires and went to Good Year here in Kingwood after work to see if they could put air in it for me. They were just about to close and not only did Mike air up the low tire for me but he took the time and checked the others and put air in them as well at no charge! I was so greattful since I am not good at this myself : ) I appreciate ppl like this since there are so few in the world today to take the time to help. Thanks again Mike!!

Customer for life and Ill be referring everyone here. I thought I needed a new alternator after someone else ran a battery test. Thats an expensive repair. Gina from Kingwood Tire & Automotive Service was able to ask me a few questions on the phone and discern that I probably didnt need to do such a large repair. She was right and they took care of me immediately. The ladies in the office were great! Service was outstanding, price was fair and I was in and out in no time. Thank you!

Great service, I had new tires installed, brakes checked and A/C serviced. I dropped my vehicle off at 7am, they gave me a ride to work and called when the work was complete. I was given a verbal update of all the work performed in very professional and concise manner. When I picked up the vehicle I was in and out in 5 minutes. I recommend Kingwood Tire and Auto for all your vehicle maintenance, they are truly customer oriented.

Went here to get a second opinion. Another brake shop said we needed new front rotors for our 2012 CX9. I thought we might get by with having them turned. Came here to see if replacement was really needed. This shop looked everything over and said the brakes were just fine and needed no work. They also didnt charge for the analysis. Well definitely be coming back here when our cars need service.

Id rather tow my vehicle to these guys vs. take it to another shop closer to where Im currently living. I know my vehicle is in good hands and their honesty has gone a long way. Great customer service from the whole crew! -10+year customer.
