I had a 5 star experience every time I visited this wash from August until one incident occured this past week. I was being guided into the wash and was not once directed to turn my wheels by the guide. My rear left tire ended up riding up the guide tail and dropping down causing a small part of my tim to chip. Despite having pictures of the piece of my rim paint inside the guard rail, the manager claims that that is impossible. The employee on duty when it happened said they have cameras set up, and the manager reviewed them and said he saw nothing that could have damaged my rim. He declined to show me said video. If you are not hiding what happened in a 15 second portion of video why cant you show me that my car did not go up the guide tail and suddenly drop. It would be very easy to see if it did or did not happen, and they had nothing to say about the photo I took of my paint chips sitting inside the guide...I cancelled my membership and they wont get any more of my money or money from the few people I had recommended.

Best vacums in town, great tunnel never had.to wash it twice like other car washes, the workers are helpful and they look like they are happy to work there. Also their carwash cat pet is cool always in the tunnel l, i have the unlimited carwash for $14.99 a month you can beat the price for the quality of service. Is a bargain. A must if you need a carwash that is not going to damage your car.

Had gone here for a wash when the machine was down and got refunded and an extra supreme wash for free. After you select your wash, you can drive into a free vacuuming area. Just make sure you put your car in neutral when you go into the machine and everything comes out very nicely.

The only place I go to wash my truck. Always get a good wash and the vacuum lines are always working perfectly. The stalls are always clean. I have yet to be disappointed, always good.

Love this place! Been going here about 1-2 times a month for 2 years. Vacuums always work great and they dont kick you out if you are there cleaning for awhile.

Greatest place ever to wash your car. $5 car wash, theres a place to brush off bug splatter on your windshield, and unlimited vacuuming. Cant beat the price!
