I ran my truck through the wash and it blew the top gasket off the truck. I thought ok no biggie but while vacuuming the truck I noticed it broke my antenna. It broke it and must have dragged along side of my truck scratching the paint. It also broke the bit of the antenna, leaving it lodge and not replaceable unless drilled out. Alex the "manager" was not helpful and directed me to the waiver near the entrance. The waiver does say not responsible for antennas, but does not state it isnt responsible for damage from the antenna being dragged along side of my truck. Or scratching it as it was pulled out! Also says not responsible for pre existing damage, this is not pre existing damage but new damage to a 2017 truck. While I was there another vehicle was damaged as well. The place says its a safe car wash for the vehicle, but honestly a gamble and especially when they have shady managers who do not want to be acknowledged as a managers. Instead they have no idea when anyone will be in contact with you because they dont know if the owner is busy. Not a good place to wash the vehicle. I normally love these speedy wash places, but this one is not a good machine and should be reevaluated. I will wait for a response or make an insurance claim.

I had my car washed and the machine broke the valve stem on my tire and I had to pull in right next to the car wash. Went back and talked to the manager and he said he was not responsible at all and that his machines are not capable of that. I was just looking for a admission of fault and for them to take carrot the damage with was 20 dollars. Had been coming here since it opened and now Im never returning

Today 6/10/16 went to wash my suv apparently the machines werent working BUT no signs posted of it not working so I get to the Entrance to wash my vehicle and the person ask me for cash and all I had was my card so he grabbed my card goes inside and refuses to give me a receipt! All he said was we will charge your card later! Never will I go back! Also refused to give me owners corporate number !

Only because I cant leave anything less than a 1 star! Crappy car wash scratches your cars and send pieces flying off your vehicle and breaks antennas. We were not the only ppl at the same time getting a incident report. Wanted to refund the wash as if that was gonna fix my broken antenna and missing trim and scratches off my 2017 tundra!

My family and I come here just about every week for a wash. Service that is consistently friendly and unmatched prices that are hardly reflective of what youre getting simply because a 5 or 9 dollar wash shouldnt look that dang good! Rims and other various vehicle crevices are cleaned as well. Do recommend.

I went through the carwash 6 dollar level. Fresh bird droppings did not come off. Ended up wiping them off with a towel. Manager said it was too late, next time let him know before removing the droppings. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK! THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF!!!

Love the wash! Super clean and the soap washes the car so good! They have good reasonable prices for the washes. Staff is super friendly! Vaccuming afterwards is great also. Would recommend this to anybody that loves car washes!

We love this car wash!! We drive from the southeast side of town just to get a wash from here..it leaves my car shiny for days. Love the free vaccumes and the mat cleaner. I just wish they would build one closer to us.

I love this place.. great wash for the price, I drive through at least once a week and send my work flet here for a wash. Free vacuums, only 4 stars because the vacuums arent super powerful.

Great value! The vacuums are easy to use and super powerful for getting in those small places! There isnt trash every where like you tend to see at other washes with free vacuums.

Cant recommend enough. I showed up as they were closing and they did my car anyway, even though they were already shut down. Its hard to find service like that these days.
