I wish I could say you at least get what you pay for.... Unfortunately - they overcharge you and leave you wishing you had just gone somewhere else. Paid $80 for them to detail the inside of a used Toyota Camry I just bought for my fiance, asking them to focus on the doors, dash, console, floors and windows. In the end they sat there and steam cleaned and vacuumed for 1 whole hour, and in the end didnt even do a dent on the stains LET ALONE fully vacuum out the water from steam cleaning. I had to go back and dry the floors my self after I left because they wouldnt do it. ON TOP of all that - they literally just squirted armor all on the doors and dash and wiped it off - didnt try to clean out the existing debris from the previous owner. They left stuff in the cracks on the door and did not in any way do a thorough job. Then we get to the center console. I had a new $600 in-dash touch screen receiver installed a few days ago, and they left the residue of their squirt bottle cleaning solution all over the screen, and didnt bother to try and wipe it off. The cup holders and the rest of the in-between seat console were never even touched, and I had to go back and ask another person there to let me wipe them off and remove yet more debris from in between the cracks. Look....If your running a place like this - we shouldnt have to follow behind your employees making sure they do your job. When I got there I was the only car on the lot (Maybe this shouldve been a warning) and when I left there was only one other car - So its not like they were too busy to take the time to do the job right. Oh and the overweight Pawnshop looking manager (I envision gold chains and too much hair gel when he had hair back in the 80s) type spent his time waxing his car as opposed to following behind his employees and assuring that they did their job well. Very glad I only paid $80 as opposed to the $110 package deal the minion looking jackwad tried to sell me in between sitting down and looking at his phone. Not going back here.

Beware of high pressure tactics and poor service. Bought my better half a $79.00 gift certificate to have her jeep hand waxed, wheels cleaned, ArmorAll interior, vacuumed, etc...; a little expensive in my opinion, but what the heck shes worth it. So I send her to have her Jeep cleaned; 2 hours later I find out they talked her into getting a "showroom" detail for an additional $100.00; I guess they (the carwash doctors) felt the $79.00 certificate wasnt going to do it. I know they need to make money, but I feel my better half received a pressure sale and was treated more like prey than a customer. I think she was taken advantage. On my way home from work, I stopped by the car wash to verify what had happened and why she had been charged an additional $100.00 when I had already paid $79.00 for a thorough cleaning. At least that’s what I was told when I bought the certificate. Anyway, the manager showed me a matrix where the “showroom detail” was $169.00; she paid $179.00; no $10.00 rebate. And to ice the cake, I checked the Jeep when I got home and the antenna was missing. Also, the Jeep was still dirty (door pockets not touched) and not even close to “showroom” detail. So back to the carwash “I” go tomorrow. I will never trust these people with my better half again; they’re too slick for her. One more thing, don’t bother letting them repair your windshield chips for free either. They do nothing more than paint a clear resin over the chip that yellows later, and they charge your insurance company a good price to do it. Go to a professional, thats free too! Needless to say, Im not happy with this carwash. UPDATE ON THE ANNTENA.... NOTHING THEY CAN DO CAUSE I CANT PROVE THEY LOST IT.

Im not sure if this place is under new management or what is happening. Ive come here once a month for 3 years but my visit today is very displeasing. I was ignored upon arrival for ten minutes before being acknowled. After finding out that prices were raised by 20%(ok fine, cost of doing business) I was told by the carwash handler that it would cost an extra $5 to get the minimal amount of bugs off my grill. Im paying you a fair price plus tipping out to the young men touching up the vehicle. Your employees can put a bit more elbow grease behind it to get the bugs off. My car should be clean for the price of a standard wash. After saying multiple times that i didnt want this service, the handler would not give up. How offputting to be hustled as if I dont realise whats going on. I agreed to the extra 5 dollars knowing it was the last of my money this establishment will recieve. Dont let them hustle you, tell them no. Roll up your window if you have to. The straw that broke the customers back today was timing. A car wash that normally take 20 minutes from pulling into the lot and pulling off the lot, has so far today taken me 45 minutes. In this time I was able to draft and edit this critique. In defense of the final touch up staff: they work quickly, concisely and pay attention to detail. no water spots left on the vehicle. unfortunately the rest of the establishments qualities dont stack up. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where honesty and fair pricing are practiced. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where your time is valued and where you are recognized upon arrival. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

A lady cut in front of me as I was pulling in. This is not the car washs fault of course, but the car wash person saw this and I told him and he didnt care. Her car was done 20 minutes before mine! And there were about three other cars that ended up before me somehow as well. The store area smells so strong of fragrance that I cant stay inside. I mean seriously, it stinks! They have stopped allowing you to get cash back to tip. I cant be the only person who doesnt really carry cash around. I feel like this reflects poorly on how much they care about their employees and whether they get tipped. The register lady was unhelpful and didnt seem to care at all about any issues I kindly brought up. Then to top it off, my car was not washed well on the inside. I had to come home and rewipe down much of my dashboard and the inside of my windshield needs to be rewashed because there is a film on the whole thing.

Came because of the "free car wash" coupon. I was perplexed when I arrived to find, not an automated drive-through car wash like I prefer, but a swarm of people expecting me to go to the lobby while they worked on it--the salesman was obviously unhappy when I said I just wanted the free car wash, telling me "but we wont be able to make a profit if everyone just takes the free service without any add-ons!" I couldnt believe he was trying to GUILT me into paying more out of sympathy for his business. They did a halfway-decent job of cleaning, I guess--although they did miss a dirty spot on a window. I guess theyre "ok"... but I would never go back there. I just like my simple $5 automatic car washes.
