I bought the super special and the outside of my car looked excellent and so did the dashboard. BUT the seats didnt look vacuumed, nor did the floor and I asked them to vacuum my trunk (because there was sand) and they said they would. Well before I left I asked if they vacuumed it and the man said yes. I opened the trunk just to check to be sure, and of course, low and behold, trunk full of sand and leaves. I immediately looked at the man and said "you sure about that?" In the nicest possible way, and looked back to the trunk hinting with my eyes "come over here and look at this trunk" and he walked over and he was like "sorry sorry" and started to vacuum it, which I appreciated. I asked him if he could get under the stroller, (I told him he could move it to the other side because it was to the left of the trunk, it didnt take up the whole space) but he didnt. So as I stood there, I literally was moving it myself to the other side for him and he was vacuuming like he wasnt even trying, like he didnt even care. I was just like really man?! I probably wont be going back and Ive attached just a couple of images to give examples of my received service. I seriously should of gotten a picture of the trunk since it was the biggest issue I had, but I just forgot to do it once I arrived home. The pictures I attached, I was just sitting in the car after the service, (obviously).

First, signed up for owners monthly service and had first car wash at the same time. Richard wasnt customer oriented and uninterested in helping me even after saying I was a new customer. He was rude by not responding to a question. I should have taken that as a hint of the kind of service I would be expecting. I read reviews and for the most part out of the nine reviews it seemed fair. its a brand new Malibu 2016 and well I didnt get a vacuum (small trash still on cabin floor). they must have used a used towel to dry my car because theres noticeable scratches on the trunk area. I saw after I left the parking lot that there was five dark finger mark impressions on the upper inside driver side door cotton- apparently when they wiped the inside window, It was tough taking it off-- still lasting impression its dark gray now since I wet a white towel w water and rubbed off what I could. the inside windshield was not cleaned as promised by the owners service. want to know the worst part-- theres three chipped off pieces of plastic from the black driver side window panel, what hit the door? or rather, what did the door hit so hard for that to happen? I still havent received any response from them.. what the hell were yall doing to my car? have any of them have respect for personal property?!

Disappointed and Angry! I bought a Basic car wash for $16. My car was cleaned well and shiny with a few water spots here and there that I had the tech wipe down before I drove off. However what I was most disappointed by, actually pissed off about was the entire back passenger side of my car was covered in very subtle brush marks. At first I thought it was soap or wax left on my car, but after the tech attempted to wipe it down and then we both felt the surface of my car, realized that the large brushes from the car wash had actually left hundreds of lights grooves/scrapes on my car. Every time the sun shines the that side of the car, it looks like someone has done a bad wax job, but nope.....just a hundreds of scrape marks!!!! So thanks for that "Car Wash Company!!!" Looks like you need a better maintenance man or someone to better install and monitor how your car wash/brushes are actually working. Im pretty upset that I have a permanent paint and surface damage to my car.

I was a regular customer until recently. Two cars every other week. The last 4 washes were progressively worse. I purchased the $31. "Super Special" each time. I noticed that the time in the wash was shorter each time and the lack of a quality product showed. After the last wash i decided to move on but I contacted the Carwash Company to tell them why. I called and asked for the manger but was told he was unavailable in the tunnel troubleshooting equipment. I explained the situation to the person on the phone. She took my information and told me the manager and others would hear of it that day and that I would receive a call. Two weeks later time to move on. I am most grateful that I moved on before I had my wifes car "buffed out" to remove the micro scratches and then polished and waxed. I would hate to see what those results are like.

I came in 10 minutes before close. The service was outstanding!! I purchased the owners special ($22) and it was for my lil sisters car to do something nice for her during a rough time. It didnt even look like the same car. MR. DELAGARZA was my car attendant. He and his team took very special attention to detail and poured themselves into the task of cleaning every cracking and crevice. Im very detail oriented and could find nothing they hadnt cleaned. They did the inside and outside of each and every Window. They even cleaned the visor mirrors. I fully recommend this car service. The quality customer service and value was outstanding in one very competitive industry. Take my word for it. Youll love this place!!

My wife went in to have her car cleaned yesterday before we traded it in. She received very inappropriate attitude and comments from both the front desk attendant and the attendant servicing the car. After paying $81 for a detailed cleaning I find that the plastic and leather is barely wiped off. There are still spills on the seats that werent cleaned and there is even trash left under the seats. Dont bother with this place, save the money and either go elsewhere or do it yourself.

I worked here for almost ten years. Yes there is mishaps as every business but the customers that come in are wonderful and now that I am a customer it is wonderful. Not that I get preferential treatment for my washes but just because there is no other car wash that cares. That is the difference you pay for. Top Notch Carwash and it won carwash of the year back in 2008.

I was 8 hours frok home, and had to bug bomb my car because of an ant infestation (thousands of them). For $125 they cleaned and polished the inside and out and cleaned the AC vents of air pollution. It is like the infestation and bombing chemicals never happened! What a relief!

These guys took great care of my red CRZ whose paint was fading. Id forgotten how good it could look until they detailed it. Friendly staff. Waiting time and price were very reasonable. Waiting lounge and a Mexican restaurant were nice to have close by.

Great Company, friendly staff and they take good care of you. Always see cars come out looking cleaned well and shine. In the times I have been here have never witnessed an upset customer. Good Prices as well for their high quality work!
