Okay since Miss Basic Becky here wants to start stuff let me set things straight. Yes I was seeing her husband and I still am, but none of this went down the way she is saying it did, this woman left him and there kids behind to be with another married man! 2 months after there separation is when he asked me for my number so yes I gave him my number and things got serious, I had to play mommy to her 2 kids while she was in dallas playing mommy to another guys kids "what kind of mother or wife is that?" I am not saying what I did is any better then her but there marriage was way over before I came into the picture she was all the way in another town with a married man, so sweetie if your gonna have my name in blogs make sure you aint telling half ass stories let them know what kind of woman you are. As for the daycare yes she is right in some ways! There are ppl on here that are just mad because they got kicked out and want to make the daycare look bad so they say silly things on here but yet they dont post that they havent made a payment for 3 weeks BUT! Mr. Mike there is a lot more going on In that daycare that you dont know about, for starters Diana did know about me and this man being together, second these kids are getting sent home a lot for no reason and I can give you a list of names of the parents that can say there kids are getting sent home at least 3-4 times a month and half the time they really are not sick! I have seen TEACHERS lie about how many diarrheas the kids have just because they do not like that child(half these kids are coming from the baby room). I have even hard statements from "the pre k Teacher" saying half her class is not so bright! Or that they need to be put on "medication" there are staff who have witnesses her saying things like this but wont speak up because they do not want to lose there job. I have also seen the director single a child out because she does not like that child or the family, they have even made it hard for another certain family to be there because she did not like the DAD, as soon as they go telling the owners what is going on she makes it hard for them to be there always picking at every situation, Mr. Mike you need to stop asking your employees questions and start asking your parents on what is really going on in that daycare, or maybe ask the parents that use to go there let them tell you how many times there child was getting sent home or why there reason for leaving, I can provide you names of parents if you like! This is a daycare I would never go back to work for again!!!! And coming from somebody that worked there let me just say DO NOT PUT YOUR CHILD HERE you will constantly be missing work because of them, and do not put them on slide road either Nora is NOT a good director she is the reason yall can not hold a good employee because she always has something rude to say to her EMPLOYEES AND PARENTS!!!!! This daycare is a lot of drama, I am no longer working for this place but yet I am still being talked about, they have even gone as far as asking Nora to check what I am saying on Facebook because they know the truth is about to come out. This is one of the many reasons I left after trying very hard to make that daycare into something great for the children,parents and employees Diana and Nora already have a way of running those Centers and I could no longer work in a place of business like this. Mr.Mike START BEING MORE INVOLVED ON WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOUR DAYCARE, EMPLOYEES AND MOST IMPORTANT YOUR PARENTS LET THERE VOICES BE HEARD!!!! Because half of what your directors are telling you is not true half the time they do not even want to talk to you so they would ask me to answer the phone and say that they left or are in the restroom. If you want your daycare to run more smoothly START BEING MORE INVOLVED!!!!!

I went in today to apply for a job, because I love kids and I want to work for a good daycare and do something I love. I went in, first, there is no security system, no codes to lock the doors, the door to the area where the children play was wide open so kids could just wander out as they please. There was also no one around when I walked in, I stood there for a good 5 minutes before someone walked by, I do not think that is good, and definately not safe for the kids if an intruder were to come in. Second, as I was filling out my application, in a complete separate room from the play area, I could hear the care givers literally yelling at the kids, like my own mother has never yelled at me like that. Both of them were yelling, and I guaruntee every kid in that room was crying and a few were crying for their mommies. A few moments later I overheard one the caregivers talking to another caregiver about "im about to spank that kid". I was horrified. No one should ever be able to spank someone elses kid, EVER. I was already done with my application, but I walked out. I refuse to work for a place like that. In the name, they call themselves "Christian", but I have never experienced kids being treated that way. I hope this helps some parents who are looking into this school make the right decision to NOT put your kid in this daycare, or some parents who already have kids in this daycare, to take your kid out ASAP. It was absolutely awful. -Kenzie.

Professional, clean, caring, nurturing environment are just a few of the terms that come to mind while thinking about A New World Christian Learning Centers in Lubbock, TX. I first came across these childcare centers in 2005 when I had a chance meeting of one of the Directors/Owners. While speaking with her and learning more about their facilities I was highly impressed that they strive to not only be an environmentally green business, they also purchase and use fresh foods while preparing much of it in house to provide a healthy, nutritious menu for their clients and staff. I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting several of the staff members and these ladies have always been very warm, welcoming, and have demonstrated a true passion for teaching, while providing these children with a safe, secure, and enriching environment during the absence of their parents. I know firsthand that if any of the teachers do not live up to the expectations set by the directors and owners it is certainly not tolerated and those instances are corrected immediately. I have recommended these care centers many times and have full faith that the entire staff has the same intentions in mind… for the wellbeing and growth of all the children past, present, or future.

Let me just say my kids have been at this daycare since 2014. When I first enrolled my daughter was when Erica ran things, everything was smoother great service, well kept, never rushed, things were explained, I always seem the same workers there. Now that someone else runs the place more than half the time Diana is not there, now theres new girls in and out 24/7, things are not being said when there happening with your kids, they wont tell you what you need for the next day, they always called me saying my son was sick or had diarrhea and needed to have a doctors note to come back, every time I took him to the doctor he was fine! Not to mention, my husband and I were having problems, HOWEVER, the current manager Norma Villarreal, decided to take it upon herself to give a married man her number while he paid for our childcare services. Now shes claiming to be pregnant by him. And seems to still be working here. I dont know about you but it seems like I had been paying to have my husband watched instead of my children. Safe to say watch where u put your kids and husband. I find it appalling. Anyway, thats my review. Your Welcome.
