We have taken our children to at least 5 different day care centers from my son to my daughter now. I will say that A New World is by far THE worst daycare weve ever been to. First off the two women who state that they "run" the daycare are terribly rude and confrontational to you even if you have the slightest issue. They talk down to you, almost in a bullying mannor. So if they do that to a parents face, no telling how they talk to your children when you arent there. They neglect your children to the point where it is an actual medical issue. By that, I mean they refused to wipe our daughter (2 years old) after she would go to the restroom and claim it was because she didnt like for them to. Yes, thats right, they admitted to it and see no problem with it. She now has an infection and we will be taking her to the doctor because of it. Yet, when my wife brought it up the owner (so she claims) got hostile with her and claimed that they wont wipe her if she doesnt like it. Were talking about a 2 year old child here. Whos the adult? We arent picky parents, we just want our daughter to be cared for. We have not ever had an issue with any other daycare we sent our kids to. We just changed due to moving and convenience of where we live/work. They also have no problem kicking your child out of this daycare if you disagree with their antics of so called "care". This has happened more than once in the past month. They also do not call or warn anybody and just decide to close the daycare on random days without letting anyone know. So you can show up to drop your kids off at 7:30am on your way to work and poof, there is a sign on the door stating they are closed. You also are charged for that day as well. My mother picked up my daughter from there one day and the bathrooms were covered in feces. No one seemed to care. I understand if a child has an accident but no body was cleaning it and no one cared at all. There was no child in said bathroom, so there is no telling how long it had been this way. We had a friend whose daughter came home covered in feces also from them neglecting to clean her. And you can never ask about these issues. Because they dont listen and they dont try and understand a situation, they get confrentational and try and talk down and raise their voice and bully you until they have control of the situation and then they threaten to kick your kid out even if youve already paid up for the week. I do not have the option to give this 0 stars or else I would. They also seem to let there relatives review on this site to make it seem better than it is. Stay away from this place. It is the worst place to leave your kid of any daycare Ive ever experienced. They act like parents that expect them to properly care for their children are troublemakers. Well were very sorry we expect you to do your job and do what we pay you to do. A complete disgrace to call this place a daycare. If you want your child to be neglected to the point of needing medical attention, and if you want the people you are paying to care for your child to speak down and nasty to you and randomly close and still make you pay without any arrangements for your children then by all means go here. But you will definitely be sorry.

My son stay at A New World Christian Learning Center in 2014. Food that was served in evening was of poor quality. Children were always eating with their hands. No silverware. They were not allowed to talk at all during dinner. Several times when I arrived to pickup my son, all children in that age quadrant were sitting in some spaces and not allowed to speak. It was latter reported to me by my son that they were all in time-out. We were only participating in the after school program, but were charged full time prices for any day school was not in service even though our son never attended when school was not in session. My husband and I are educations and did not require their services when school was not in progress. When we mentioned this to Nora, she would not allow our son to continue to attend. She dismissed our son with no notice even though he had been in attendances for about 1 year. THIS WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Recently, we asked for a record of the total amount we paid to them for child care services for the 2014 year in order to complete our Federal tax return. Nora refused to give this information to us unless we went down to the facility in person. I have never heard of a Christian center being soooo rude.

Before I had my son I had worked at multiple daycares. I have never seen one as amazing as A new world christian learning centers of the four daycares I have taken him to. I honestly feel like this is the only daycare in Lubbock that will benefit him Socially, physically, and mentally. From the baby room to the school age rooms, these kids are being educated unlike most centers. Anytime I have dropped off or picked him up the teachers are always playing or teaching lessons in fun creative ways. When I leave my son at A New World christian learning center I know he is safe and being cared for by the teachers. I absolutely recommended this daycare to a parent or guardian.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!!! Worst place ever to take your child. If you love your child, do not take them here, ever! They claim to have security measures in place but anyone can open the door and come right on in. The incompetent staff have no idea how to handle children. The people that claim to be "the owners" are the most childish people I have ever met, even more so than my four year old. They are confrontational about everything. I have personally witnessed what they call child care and will be filling a formal complaint to the state about the conditions here.

Our family has been attending A New World for 6 years now. With 3 kids we have been throug all the rooms and have loved every step. I came for the extended hours but we have stayed because we love how much the kids lear here, they get 3 full meals, and the place is always well kept. I have noticed the extensive renovations & improvements that they have done & I know my kids are cared for here.

This place is awesome, really enjoy the staff and they are great with my kids all 3 of them. They work with them and teach them things I cant bc like most people I work, my 18 month already knows his colors. The atmosphere here is like a 2nd home they are very welcoming and dont make it seems like my kids are a burden when I bring them. I love this daycare! They really do care!

The "owner" of this daycare is an awful woman that doesnt know how to take care of children. This woman is very rude and disrespectful not only to the kids but the parents as well, I would strongly recommend NOT bringing your child here. Wouldnt even give this place one star.
