Mixed reviews for the baby room... there were some great things there with a lot of potential. Pros: great separate sleep area, regular arts and crafts incorporated, laundry done for spoiled clothes, lots of toys, texted pictures of your baby, washed bottles, some great staff members, babies are introduced to religion and God :) Cons: baby to daycare provider ratio. There were many instances when my husband and I would visit our daughter while she was enrolled where there would be only 1 provider in the room with a large ratio of babies. We were not well received on many of our visits during our lunch breaks (since we would get dirty looks), the afternoon aide had her infant baby in the room which was a conflict of interest, especially when she was the only person in the room while breastfeeding her own son, the main door lock was broken frequently and lastly the admin shorted us on our last monthly payment refund by $100. The admin was rude when I pointed out the error and never took accountability or apologized for the mistake. Thankfully, the pastor got the involved and correctly the matter. Otherwise, I would still recommend.

love love LOVE this preschool! Have two kids here for a year and a half and could not be happier. My children were in a home daycare but needed a bit of a boost. I was sad to leave the small family feel of our home daycare and move them to a "center" but it was the best change I ever made. This is a small childcare center with a huge family feel. Yes there are pick up times and deadlines for payment but this is a business as well...just like any other business with state requirements and business needs. Like many daycares there is some turnover but they ALWAYS seem to find the right combination of personality in their teachers. Their hearts for the children are amazing and I know God lead us here for this reason. I am astonished at the knowledge the kids come home with. Our Pre-K child tells us at least one new thing every day that he learns from his teachers and our Preschool child has had a speech therapist who comes to him weekly and his teachers are open and involved in his growth as well. AMAZING!

My daughter has attended Gateway since she was three months old. I have been so impressed with the staff here and the care my daughter receives. As a mother, it is never easy to leave your baby but I quickly learned that she was in wonderful hands and her teachers have become such important people in her life. They love her unconditionally. I have also been very impressed with the things my daughter has learned while in their care. I know she is in the best of care when I leave her each morning and I appreciate how happy my daughter is when I pick her up each afternoon. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone. These people have been a huge blessing in my daughters life. They are simply the best!

I work at Gateway Preschool and Childcare, and I love this school! It is a wonderful place to work! I have worked here for almost a year as the lead Pre-K teacher. I have taught young children for over twenty years, and can say honestly that this is the BEST school for teachers to work at in the Springs, and for young children to grow and learn in a warm, loving, Christian environment.The staff is warm and caring,and truly is devoted to the cares, concerns, and overall well- being of your child. The teachers are creative, professional women who LOVE to work with kiddos and help them develop kindergarten readiness.

We love Gateway Preschool! Miss Julie is the best. She knows what she is doing and what the kids need before they go to kindergarten. She mixes the perfect amount of learning, play, and spiritual growth. Miss Laura and Miss Erin, and the other helpers, are nothing but nice to the kids. I know this because when they walk in the room, all the kids run to hug them. I know my child is learning the basics based on what is sent home and I love that she is also learning about God! I have nothing but the best to say about Gateway Preschool!

Both of my children have attended GPCC starting in the infant room and on through preschool. I have been more than pleased with the care provided and the education received while in their care. The teachers and assistants are warm, friendly, attentive, and loving to the children, and most importantly, they have a heart for the Lord! If we were not moving out of state, my youngest would continue on through their preschool program. We will miss our GPCC family!

Stay away as much as much as you can! Your kid is only another dollar for the school and if you dont pay on time they dont think it twice and your kid is expelled! They dont believe in negotiation, no customer service, any improvement with your kid will be gone because they rather think in the money than in your kids well being. For a school that is part of a church, they dont show too much mercy. Reconsider your real motivations!

We have been with Gateway for about a year and a half, and both our toddler and infant go there. We must have visited every center in Colorado Springs before deciding on them for our child care. Our experience has been very positive. The teachers are great, and the admin staff members have always been very attentive to our needs. Thank you Gateway!

Hands down one of the best facilities ever!! Clean, comfortable, my son LOVED it! Kind, caring, loving and humorous and with a solid faith and love for fellow man. All of the teachers in my sons Pre K were amazing!! Could not have asked for a better Pre K experience for my son!!

Staff has been super friendly and offer more of a personal care opposed to other schools and daycares in the area. The facilities are not as advanced as some other programs, but I think they make up for it in their effort and devotion to the children.

Love this Preschool, it is great to be able to send my baby to a childcare where I know they are going to take care of her and teach her when I am at work. Great staff that are very helpful especially for me being a first time mom!
