Im not sure about the other locations but the link staffing services in McAllen, TX seriously does not have their stuff together. They stuffed so many of us into a van that some had to sit on the floor of the van for an hour and fifteen minute ride to / from work. Nobody was informed of what they would be doing up until the first day of work. They was paying some of us $7.50 an hour and charging us $5.00 a day in gas so it comes out below minimum wage. I told them from the first time I talked to them that my drivers license was expired and they said that was fine and asked me to come on in to work. So I worked for a week then they call me 30 minutes before work and tell me I cant work with an expired ID. Now they are refusing to pay me for my hours that I did work and wont answer any of my calls anymore. Several other co-workers has been complaining that they havent been paid as well. Id avoid this place and go with the Texas Work Force or any other company than this one.

I dont like link staffing because , the day when I creating my account and taking the test on computer , it was not working correctly so I failed the test since then I could not be hired. I asked to reset the account but the stated that they could not. hopefully the employers choose a different staff company to recruit personnel. not link staffing and its obsolete system.

Link Staffing staff is rude and doesnt want to help with services and believes the company over their customers. Never referring anyone to them there is better Agency out there people.
