If there is another location within driving distance, go there! Sitting in the waiting room writing this review to get fingerprinted for my insurance license. Currently 20 mins past my appointment time. This is also my second attempt to get this done at this location. Last time I sat waiting for 45 minutes and had to reschedule my appointment because I could not wait any longer. This place is horrible.

I had an appointment at 10:30 to get my fingerprints done for nursing school and Ive been waiting in the waiting room for 20 minutes for someone to come and help me and all I hear are the woman in the back laughing and making jokes...so unprofessional.
