I give this Staffing agency 5 stars because they were very helpful in finding work for me. They kept me busy for a short period of time until they found me a steady full time job at a local warehouse. I am very pleased and happy with the agency and would definitely refer anyone seeking employment. Their recruiter (Roy) working the front desk, was very courteous with such a professional and down to Earth attitude. He will tell you how it is and not just what you want to hear like other agencies tell you. Best agency in the RGV in my honest opinion. Getting paid weekly is also a definite plus. I dont even have to go to their office to pick up my check as Im signed up through direct deposit. Win win for all.

Ive worked with a few staffing agencies around the valley & this is by far the best one. The guy in the front is not rude at all, in fact he was beyond helpful. Not only did he help find a job within the first three days of me applying, they gave me a list of what jobs were available and what best fit my resume. Ill always rate them 5 Stars, they were the first staffing agency that believed in my word. The other agencies were put off by me having kids. I guess they thought I wasnt going to have time or perhaps be absent often? TEXAS STAFFING PROS gave me a chance.. and I ran with it. Ill always recommend TEXAS STAFFING PROS. for anyone looking for a job! :D

Wow, of all the staffing agencies in McAllen this was by far the most professional, courteous, and helpful agency in which I applied at. The guy at the front desk was extremely helpful in helping me find a job. He was really patient with me and he didnt mind that I kept bugging him everyday for them to help me find employment. Even after hours, you can reach their staff and they show that they really care about their employees. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for work.
