Called to find the specific requirements of sending a 12 x 12 x 3 box via UPS. I wanted to know if there were any specific packaging requirements BEFORE I went to the store and found out that I may have incorrectly packaged something. I had to ask simple questions, three times. The female on the other end did not understand anything I was asking. Oriental, broken english, unable to do business. I finally decided I would take my business elsewhere

Once after work I went to drop off my rent and arrived about fifteen minutes prior to the posted closing time. There was an employee inside, but to my surprise the doors were locked. I told the employee I needed to drop off my rent and she just kept saying they were closed even though it was clearly not the closing time listed on the door. If I had been trying to mail multiple packages I may have understood but that was not the case.
