Instead of delivering my package the driver left a blank FedEx tag on our gate. There are several check boxes and room for a note the driver could have used to explain why he was to lazy to deliver our package but that would have required effort.... and when youre lazy thats what you are trying to avoid. So I got to call the 800 number and spend 15 minutes trying to get a real person on the phone, then I got to spend an hour in the car driving to the FedEx office to get my package. So I got to pay for shipping and go on a package hunting adventure..... thanks FedEx for keeping my life interesting.

These people are the worst. Our sign is clearly posted, "no deliveries until 11am". What do they do? Come at 9am. Every single time. Then, they only come once and take the package all the way back to Shertz. I got this stupid app and had the package redirected to a nearby FedEx location only to be told its not there and its back in Shertz. Why am I getting a test message to go pick it up and its not even there. I call 1800fedup and am told they dont delivering Saturday.. wtf!!!!! F this place and everyone who works for these a holes.

I needed an item for a car race but realized I had it shipped to my home when no one would be there and it required a signature. I went on FedEXs website and changed the delivery location but I was too late. I went to the FedEx ground center in Schertz which is hard to get to but everyone was super nice. They contacted the truck driver after they learned he had not returned yet and he went back to my home and met me there! I call that excellent service.

They somehow screwed up the shipping address on the label and put my instructions for the driver on it instead. My package was marked as undeliverable despite numerous calls to get the issue resolved. As of right now Im out $400 with nothing to show for it. Now Im in the process of trying to get a refund because Fedex doesnt know how to do its job.
