I have frequented this UPS Store location for both personal & business shipments at least once or twice per month for the last 6 months. The staff is young, extremely friendly, & always very informative in helping me make the best choice in shipping options for whatever my purposes are. Every time I walk in the door, the staff not only immediately greets me as a customer but also as a familiar face...the last time I went in, I was pleasantly surprised that they greeted me by name. You rarely get that type of customer service any more these days, especially from such a young staff. Such treatment is greatly appreciated & I will continue to frequent this location on a regular basis for all my shipping needs.

Parked in front of the store 10 minutes early. the worker came to the door, opened it and went to the back. No acknowledgement or no indication or wave to tell me she opened the door to come in early. I go to the door at 8 sharp and it is unlocked. I walk in and she acts like everything is cool. How are? And good morning? Seriously. Can you show some freakin courtesy?

Received package from California and the sending company paid $8.95 to ship it to me but when I went to return it I was charged $23.00 by the UPS store, he said that the price was high because it was going to California??? . I understand they have to make a profit but at the cost of loosing a customer and whoever else ask me about references of their place.

We have our postal box at this location, use the store to mail off parcels, and such. It is usually a busy store, but the staff are friendly and value customer service. Besides that, I think the only thing that may make the experience unpleasant are unpleasant and pushy/rude customers.

Very helpful. Walked in and told them that we were just going to drop off to send return to TMOBILE in pre-packaged envelope. Right away, rep told us to just take a pick of the tracking number on front of package. And he was like. "Okay, you a r e good to go, have a good day."
