I would have to agree with John. I visited the store on a day, in September 2011, when there were no customers in the store and two women were working behind the counter. When I approached the counter, NO ONE acknowledged me until I got their attention and asked where I should place a pre-paid UPS return shipping box. They only pointed to the counter and kept working and returned to their conversation, which I obviously interrupted. Then I had to return to the store during Christmas to drop off another pre-paid UPS box, but this time there was a long line of customers holding gifts to be boxed. I had my 2 yr old with me and didnt want to wait in line to just place a box on the counter, so I worked my way around to the side counter and got an employees attention to ask where I could place the box that was ready to go. She said, "I guess you can place it here (pointing to the end of the counter), and hope we dont miss it." Really?! Everyone in Boerne is personable and friendly, except at this store. I dont know whats going on there, but they arent happy.

If you use the UPS website and prepare your own packages and just want to drop them off for pickup this is not the place. The owner was flat out rude to me and told me he dose not make any money unless he prepares the packages and charges me for shipping. It would cost me more to have him do it for me. I can understand his anger because he is in business to make money. He should redirect his anger to UPS and work something out with them. It seems UPS is just the name of the store and they do not make much money from them. I now go to the store in Leon Springs. The owner there charges a dollar per package to drop off. I am more than happy to pay the charge to drop off there. At least they are not chasing the customers out of the store.

Not all UPS Stores are the same. This one is particularly bad. The owner is rude & condescending. I offered to pay him to print shipping labels for my 3 business boxes when I was unable to use my scale and print out my labels at home. He refused to serve me because he doesnt make enough money on prepaid shipping. Ill take all of my prepaid and in the store paid business elsewhere. He does a disservice to UPSs brand. He says hes a franchise store and can run his business any way he wants. My advice is take your business somewhere else. For those folks in the Converse and Helotes areas, yall have a great resource in those UPS Stores. Their staffs are very helpful and polite and understand customer service and human kindness.

Wow, Ive had a completely different experience than the last reviewer. Ive mailed multiple prepaid packages here without any issue. The real reason Im writing this review is for their print services. I have large print projects every once in a while and like to shop around. Ive used Staples, FedEx Kinkos, Office Max and every time the price is either exorbitant or we have some kind of issue. The people working here are great and explain thoroughly what youre paying for. Most of the time theyre cheapest, sometimes theyre not, but its great to deal with a small business (its a franchise location) who has a relationship its customers than an anonymous print center.

The manager, Josh, helped me and he was amazing. I was shipping a small piece of furniture that had a lot of sentimental value to me. He spent an inordinate amount of time explaining the options to me and stay with me until we found one that would work. Through it all he was professional and good- natured. At the same time he was helping other customers, but I never felt that I wasnt receiving his attention and top notch service. Hes one in a million!

This store is awesome! I come in and do printing all the time. They have a quick and efficient system now how they get printing done. They always work with you if you need something designed on the fly. Great customer service and really great prices!
