Absolutely terrible service and standards. Roommate attempted to pick up both our packages since theyve failed to deliver for the past week. I called and even had the packages marked for pickup since they fail to do the same job as usps and fedex. Roommate received his package, on the same truck and same route as mine clearly, but they failed to give him mine. It has been marked for a Monday delivery, even with calling to hold at location and was at the location at the same time as my roommate. Williston thrives on sub-par customer service and employees.

We live in North Dakota. Snow and Blizzards happen. I understand that you shut down for weather, but when its now clear and youre still not stopping at certain stops because you dont want to (bad drivers) and then not being able to pick them up at your facility because you packed it in a Semi-trailer and dont want to dig for it. Lazy. Some people need things that are shipped by certain times. Skip the Brown Guys, Go use Fedex.

Very unhelpful they make the same excuse everytime I dont receive a package on time. Like the 3 that were out for delivery today and got 2 and the 3rd was magically not on the truck. "Due to adverse weather" its 5 degrees and sunny with mild wind and no snowing. I mean I dont get it yall.

Terrible. Theyve had my package since before Christmas and they say that cant deliver it till the 28th due to "severe weather." Roads are clear, sun is out, and there is no excuse. Everyone else is out and getting things done. This place is terrible and needs a total overhaul.

Paid two day shipping and packaged got held up because of snowstorm..6 days later still no package came and when I called they said they wont deliver til Monday. Package was in Williston for 2 days just chilling.. sun is out and everything is operating except ups..smh.

They attempted delivery for 3 days, and for unknown reasons that they will not tell me, they failed all 3 days. I had to have the package recalled by the shipper and sent to a different state to actually receive it.

Avoid this place at all costs and for all purposes and applications. Unprofessional in too many ways to shake a stick at, use/go to FedEx instead.
