I cant give this place a one star review, because there have been occasions where they do a good job. Today was a major, infuriating exception to that. We needed to send a fax internationally, and we had the number written on the document, with +39 (for Italy). The associate attempted to fax the document, and thought she did it wrong, so she asked someone else for help. Thats fine, probably not something you see every day. However, the response the other employee gave right in front of us, while pretending we werent there, tried to blame us for having the wrong number. "Well, they are SUPPOSED to have the full number on the document. You need to type 011." Thats the international exit code. Now, I could be wrong, but I believe thats the point of the +, which we pointed out. They completely ignored us and pretty much pretended we werent in the store. They went on to reiterate our mistake. "See, they need to write out the full number, we cant just GUESS what the number is." Well, international exit codes arent a guess, and we wrote the country code for Italy. So what exactly is the guess? Ive never been treated like this much of an idiot before, even when I am wrong. So you can only imagine my frustration when Im right and still get treated like an idiot. Im probably going to have to avoid this place from now on.

I have been using this facility for mailing packages for well over 10 years. I am thoroughly pleased with the professional and cheery staff that they always have on hand. The manager, Tracy, runs a nice tight "ship". I noticed the previous review only gave them a one star, then owns up to the fact that it is his fault. So why would you give them a one star if it is your own fault? While it is true that you might pay just a bit more, it sure beats going to the US post office where the service is absolutely horrid. In life, it is not always just about price, there are other factors. Service and convenience is what Postal Annex provides. Thanks for such a great place!

OK people no one there makes any more money by getting you to spend more. Some times there are a lack of supplies this is not a large company they have maybe up to 3 people in each office. Cut them some slack. You all are obviously paranoid and delusional. No one there is trying to get any one to pay more. It doesnt help the employee at all. Doesnt help keep their job either and 3 dollars really??? I dont care if thats all you have. If you are going some where to spend money then either spend it there or go some where else your ignorance is not needed.

They need to have some back up when their printer goes down for printing out APO shipping labels. They seem to not care about the importance of these packages being mailed out ASAP. Theres a reason why I chose that location so close to home. They assume I have the time to drive across town to the other location on 8th St. when they suggested that to me! If the regular post offices can take handwritten custom forms, they should too! Step it up on the customer service!

I know what you are thinking..."Its just another place to mail package". I have used this place since they opened and we have had the greatest service I can imagine. FedEx, UPS, US Post Office dont even come close to how fast your packages are going to get into the system. Gregg has the ability to get my business packages into the system of any of the top three FASTER than if you went to the FedEx, UPS, or US Post Office!

item being shipped 15x14x6. Box sold to ship item 18x18x18. Other available boxes 16x16x8 was not offered. this location just lost a customer for trying to get an extra $3.00. Ask for a refund on the unnecessary box and now have to wait 1-2 business days. And by the previous reviews Im not the only one they did this to.

You charged me 27 dollars to send a 16 dollar package, shame on you. My fault for not checking you out first, but as I am in retail management and see hundreds of customers a week, you can guess correctly that will be informing them all as to how you rip off the customer and take Thier business somewhere else.

The people are incredibly nice and helpful, and the remembered me after only a couple visits so I didnt even need to tell them my address or name again. Its more fun and often quicker than the post office even though its small. I go there instead of the post office whenever I can.

I super love this place they are always nice and helpful its kinda like a cheers place it just has that home away from home place I rather go there than.any post office!!! After been there twice they remembered me I have been goin there 2yrs already love them

They are just great to work with! I have mailed roughly 40 packages this year and they do all that they can to help me keep my costs low. The store is always tidy and the wait (except around Christmas) is never very long.

Cost here was $51, cost at post office was $28 I prefer not to waste my money. That along with an unnecessary sarcastic remark from one of the workers lets me know there is no reason to return. I wont.

They do a fantastic job ! Everyone who works there very friendly and they do remember you! Sometimes super busy (lunchtime) because this is the only mail facility in this area. 5 stars all the way!!!

After packaging my item with a box twice the size of my item which costs more I asked them to get a different box. They said if i didnt like it I can leave and never come back. .ok sounds fair
