I had (3) large boxes to mail on December 13 right as we were coming out of the crazy snow "blizzard". The weather was messy and it was a Sunday afternoon. I really wanted the boxes to arrive in time for Christmas as they were for my children and grandchildren and wanted to beat the Christmas mail rush on Monday, December 14. I looked on line and saw that the UPS store was open (on a Sunday!) and headed there immediately. The staff couldnt have been nicer. Heidi (I think she is the store manager) had her son help me unload my boxes from the car (the snow and slush were incredibly messy) and he did so with a smile. Heidi and I talked about Christmas and "stuff" as she weighed my boxes and got them addressed. She gave me an estimate for the various delivery methods and even wrote "Do Not Open Until Christmas" on each box as I had told her of my fear the boxes would be opened before Christmas despite my explicit warning to my children! Heidi printed out all of the tracking information and circled the website for tracking purposes at the bottom of my receipt. The store was also well stocked with cards, mailing items, and other things that would make great stocking stuffers. It was a great experience and I will definitely use this UPS store again. Their attitude and willingness to go the extra mile make all the difference!

Dropped package off, needed receipt for work (required), lady named Heidi refused to give a receipt, said "we dont do that anymore." What would you do Heidi, If Target refused to give you a receipt? Or the grocery store etc... FedEx and the Post Office give me a receipt, and why are you telling me you are not UPS, and if I want a receipt, I have to drive to the main UPS location and formally request one? Poor, poor, customer service, and an even worse attitude. Do not recommend. (Sure wouldve been nice to have the tracking number for work. Ill refer them to her, and and her flippant attitude).

Just moved to Parker in December 11 and needed to set up a mailbox for my small business. The staff at this UPS is extremely friendly and customer service is fantastic. Ive never waiting longer than about 5 minutes to get helped (when I needed to ship something). They have a great system that emails you when you get a package or mail in your mailbox. I really like that service because I dont want to check an empty mailbox. Its nice to get notified :)

Heidi and her staff have become an integral part of my business. From shipping out equipment for regular calibration to printing, binding and shipping reports to my clients - Heidi and her team take care of it all. OK but annoying they try to charge for taping a box shut. Other UPS stores do it for free. Only in Parker I guess.
