Worst customer service Ive ever experienced.If I could give zero stars I would. After waiting in line for 10 minutes the lady working the register at the package center looked at me, told the man working the copy center that she had other things to do and then she left me and the 5 customers behind me standing there. The man working the copy center proceeded to complain about the lady not putting labels on the packages as she printed them, saying he would have to "measure every f@&$ing box to find the f@&$ing label" that corresponded with it. After taking care of all of those packages, he scanned all of the prepaid packages people had dropped off in the meantime. After waiting for him to take care of everything else he finally acknowledged the line of customers who had lined up. I was simply picking up a box, which he said he couldnt find. I explained that it was a package with the same company name on the side as the box that was right in front of him. He then told me "but youre not Meagan. Or Sheila. Or Catherine!" until he accidentally stumbled across a box with my name on it and said "oh. There you are". After spending 20+ minutes standing in line, being ignored once I got to the front of the line, listening to people curse at their coworker, and watching him look past my box multiple times until he got nasty with me I just wanted to get out of there! I will never, ever step foot in this fedex store again. In fact, I canceled my wine subscription the minute I got home so that I would never have to.

Avoid this FedEx AT ALL COST. I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. I went in to ship a bike that was professional packed by a local Castle Rock bike store. I was told that my box was unfit for shipping the bike and that I needed to buy $15 worth of peanuts and bubble rap. I can tell you bikes ship all day long from Europe and China with no such added waste. My bike was already rapped in foam and cardboard on tubes, etc. It gets worse. I had the bike and box weighted at the bike store at 29lbs and the dimensions on the box where actually printed on it from the manufacture. I then went to FedEx web site and got a quote for the destination, weight and dimension. FedEx quote was $48.40 for 3 day Ground. This location tried to add additional lenght to the box and weight to get the price up. At the end, they tried to charge me $136 for the same shipment. I took my bike box, said F$%^%^ You and will never be back. Please dont do business at this location. They are unethical, not customer focused and lack the basic skills needed to be successful. Manager and team are loosers all the way around.

I had the WORST customer service here today, and Ive found out from family members that this is a trend. I went in for a very simple copy job but needed help with some of the settings because the copier wasnt sensing the size of my document correctly. I asked for help from the young woman at the front, who gave a nod, and an "ok," but I saw she was busy with another job so I waited a few minutes. Well, this job took over ten minutes, and still no one came to help me, so I went to stand in line. The woman at the counter was still engaged on her computer, trying to get a print job to go through. She didnt acknowledge that I was still waiting - not a word to me or to the man who came in and stood and line behind me. I asked another FedEx worker for help, but since he was a delivery person, I got the response, "ooh, you know, I wouldnt know about that." I proceeded to wait for several more minutes in line, with not a word from the woman at the counter. I finally took my document and left. Will NOT be returning here.

This store is rude. I am not a complainer but these folks had a bad attitude and would not ship a box because it had a small tear that could be tapped over. The lady told me I had have them re package it if I wanted to ship from their location. My box was in good shape they just wanted to force people in to buy new packaging. They were not even trying to be pleasant about it.

Ive been in here a few times, and every time its worse than before. They sit in the back and talk, rather than work, and any assistance you need is treated as a total inconvenience to them.
