I would never return to this ups location or any of the ones owned by this franchise. The owner Davids disposition is very rude. I paid them over 400 dollars to pack and ship some items for my business. These items were being shipped prior to me arriving to my destination. When I arrived I had work to do that required some of the items I shipped through this ups location. I opened the box, I was missing certain things that I brought into the store and placed on the scales myself. I called the young lady Pam had great customer service. Other than she did not follow up with her commitment to call me back on the following Monday. After not receiving the follow up call, I called on that Wednesday. David answered the phone. His demeanor was short and rude. David stated he was the one who packed it and he didnt see it. I informed him that all the other parts to this item was in the box. He became even shorter in his responses when I asked him to check the camera on the day I brought everything in. Then he yelled, "IT WASNT IN THERE AND ITS TOO LATE FOR YOU TO FILE A CLAIM!!!" So I said alright, Ill double check everywhere else. We began looking into everything that couldve been a possible place. Didnt find it. In an attempt to call that store back I called a different location. I was informed that it wasnt too late to file a claim and that David the store manager lied. So now I have to go through filing a claim. Just bring a video camera when you/if use this service. They may take your stuff then lie about it and be rude.

If youre unfortunate enough to be dealing with UPS in the first place you should avoid this location. Completely unprofessional staff who dont even know their own companys policies. If you have a line of over 7 people you should be helping customers, not telling your only others coworker to "forget the customers and figure out what were doing for lunch". Especially when you are the manager and just spent the past 20 minutes being proven wrong by a single customer, only to bend over backwards when you finally realized that you are an imbecile. Then you follow that excellent performance up by telling your next customer, me, that you cant print a document from a USB stick because it is "against company policy". Then why did you tell me that you would when I called to make sure you could less than an hour before? What a joke...

a.) High Attitude Zone, b.) The staff is ALWAYS horribly rude and unfriendly, c.) The emaciated male clerk tried to overcharge me by $124.00 to mail a small package between his store and Minneapolis, though after informing him that I used to work as a manager for UPS, the shipping price MAGICALLY came down from $180.00 to $56.00, d.) When asking the female clerk about mailbox services and setting up a corporate package receipt / notification account, she not only wouldnt describe the service NOR associated pricing, but instead launched into a bewildering non-sequitur dissertation about how "it all depends on whether or not my package contains firearms" - Hellloooo, there were no packages involved at that point AND who said anything about firearms?!?!?!?

Would not just sell me a box - I also had to pay for them to pack and seal it - I do know how to use a tape gun Told me I had to pay $120.00 plus for guaranteed delivery - next day - got home pulled it up on the computer UPS showed guaranteed delivery shipping at the 29.00 rate I paid - call the store back - "Oh they say that but it really isnt" - Shipped on Thursday - package left town that night - got to Rapid City Friday early AM - got delivered the following Tuesday around 5 PM - had to fight with the store to get a refund and then they only refund part of my shipping. When questioned " thats the way it is " - extremely poor customer service and they dont want to help you

They didnt put postage on a very important letter. When I called and as I ed for compensation, Charlene McGaughy, the notary, and manager was very rude. She was rude when I could hear her in the background while I was speaking with the young lady who answered the phone. She got on the phone tried to act nice, until I told her I could hear her in the background, then she laughed. She just made excuses and didnt take any ownership of her mistake, just blamed other people. Maybe the owner, Chris, should look for a customer friendly manager! Note to self, pay more at FedEx!!

Worst USP Store ever. Normally I am a fan of Locally owned businesses, but not this one. You would think you paid UPS for your package to be picked up and delivered, and have the ability to pick it up at a UPS Store. No, they want an additionally fee. The store owner has 2 additional stores. Buckley and Mississippi, In Aurora CO and One in Littleton, Co. Dont Drop off or pick up to them. My suggestion is to read the reviews and avoid his stores.

Rude lady with an attitude at 6 : 29 pm told me "you need anything? " While helping someone else , she told me to come back tomorrow as the register is " locked " . First .. DAH ! Do I need something? really? . No Im just here to check on you and see how you are doing ! Second clearly you are helping someone else send a package and the register is not locked ! Unbelievable rudeness . No customer service whatsoever.

Dont use this place! If you do, get a receipt when you drop off a package. I dropped off a package that was a return to Amazon. Got an email a few weeks later that the package never arrived. Checked the tracking number and the package was never scanned in to ship. Now I am out the $20 the item costs. Lesson learned to not use this location and to get a receipt.

a woman by the name of Erin refused to notarize State Government paperwork for a MED Badge. very rude and obviously prejudiced against the legalization of marijuana and maybe even against me personally. i will be contacting them again soon to complain about her refusal to notarize government paperwork. maybe theyll get someone down there with good work ethics.

As a frequent shipper through eBay this location is perfect. They are fast, friendly and take care of my items well everytime. Im in each week because the line is almost nonexistent and their employees always give a personal touch. Thank you UPS Store. I will keep coming back.

The clerks here are suuuper rude....even when there is no reason to be. Wait in line for your turn only to be given attitude. Also, they try to over charge so watch out. The only convenience about this store is that it is close to my work. But never going back.

I have been sending a lot of stuff UPS because it is faster than other methods. I like this UPS store because the clerks and managers both friendly and helpful. You cant beat it.
