There used to be a manager here {I think his name was Damon} who was wonderful. He was attentive, kind, quick, knowledgeable, and offered some great suggestions. This was also true of the staff, once upon a time {with one exception, an indian/pakistani girl who was rude, condescending, didnt know what she was doing and tried to make out that you were the one with the problem}. Now, the exact opposite is true. As of 09/2016, none of the staff I became comfortable with are there, and the current manager, an indian/pakistani man, made me feel like I was imposing on his time and he was not courteous. I was the only customer in the store and wanted to copy something. He gave me the impression he would rather I didnt and seemed to be trying to talk me out of doing it. When he finally came to the copy machine, I asked for a particular type of paper. The look on his face surprised me, and convinced me that I was making him work wa-a-a-a-y too hard. He, very quickly {his entire effort on this task lasted about 15 seconds}, opened and closed {he didnt bother to actually look inside them} all of 2 cabinets and told he the store doesnt have any of that. I left. Then went to, and completed, my business at the nearest Fed-Ex store. Needless to say, I had a much different experience there. If this is the attitude of the manager, I have no doubt the rest of the staff is on the same sheet of music, or dis-chord, as the case may be. I will not return here and Fed-Ex has gained a new customer. For what its worth; another person in Brighton related to me a story of a similar experience. Granted the Fed-Ex store is a little out of the way, but the much more pleasurable experience makes it worthwhile.

I had homemade gifts to be delivered to alaska. I went to this store 12/12/15 - i knew it would cost a bit. Its alaska for petes sake. Each package (3 total) were $46-49 a piece to ship. I was a little sticker shocked considering they were just little lapghans. She also told me the post office wont be much cheaper and that they would arrive by tues 12/15. With a heavy sigh i paid for it and left. Now it is 12/18/15 I look up the tracking numbers and find the packages are sitting in Ca. They werent even shipped out of Co until mon 12/14!!!! they are not schedule to arrive until 12/22. Now with that being said. I shipped the same type of package to Tx on Mon, it arrived thurs and the cashier told me it would only cost me 30/ea to ship the others to alaska. Shame on you UPS store.

Came into the store to and attempted to pay with 2 chip credit cards and they would not go thru so I canceled the transaction thinking that maybe its because this store doesnt accept the chip cards yet. Looking at my bank statements later I see that I WAS charged $19 at this store per card.... I went inside to ask for the cancelation recipet so I could file a discrepancy with the bank but the person refused to give me a receipt all he could say was "I Dunno" "I dunno" "I dunno"... in other words I wouldnt recommending doing business here especially when you can barely understand what they are saying in English

Terrible customer service - online orders arent checked regularly and go unnoticed. When you call the store, they blame it on the "system being down," (this has happened to me twice (for both jobs Ive sent there, two years apart). No apology, no attempt at service recovery, no response to multiple emailed complaints... Take my advice, youll have better luck copying your own documents using craft paper and crayons.

The staff at this store was unwilling to print or even look up a prepaid shipping label unless I paid a service fee in addition to shipping materials that I was going to purchase. The employees seemed to care less about customers and more about sitting on their backside behind the counter. Just another reason why FedEx will remain, and always be my first choice if I have an option.

I have done business at this UPS location for six months and the staff is helpful and friendly. They have mailed packages for me, received packages, and always provide timely notification when packages are received. I can call to see if mail has been received and am always greeted by a friendly employee. I highly recommend this store to anyone!

I should have know better to send cash, but I did. I knew something was up when the girl at the counter opened the tab on the envelope and took a peek before sending. And then someone helped themselves to $300 and still sent the birthday card thinking no one would notice. If anyone else has lost money from this branch I sure would like to know.

The people in this store have been wonderful. I travel with my company and dont have an office space. They have filled that gap with mail service, package receiving, notary public and faxing/printing services. I would recommend them to anybody who is a small business owner without an admin. staff.

Just dropped off a package for the USPS, Paras was nice and answered my questions. I have been a customer for over 20 yrs. the last 4 yrs. have not been the best service. It seemed like when Silvia a Chris both retired. The business went south. But tonight Paras was very helpful!
