They are never on time. Had a package that was supposed to be dropped off on a Friday, they moved it to Saturday and again it never showed up. I then called to ask when I could pick it up and Im being told the following Wednesday. I informed them that it was for a very important job and no one seemed to care that my package would be available 5 days after I needed it for the job.

Thought FedEx delivered on Saturdays like normal mail and UPS! Obviously not because I was expecting my package 6/16 a FRIDAY that they are open when the package got to the facility at 1:20 AM!! I only live 4 hours away from this location. They could have taken it to my location and made it back in time for dinner.

Just a little confused it was in comrince city and now its backtraced to henderson makes sence and you have keept it here for 3 days with out shipping it woke up to day and its in henderson why farther i was hoping to come get it but was also told i couldent :/

Horrible!! Can I give zero stars? Paid $10 for shipping just to find out that fedex "ground" doesnt operate on Saturday and Sunday. So because they were late my package is now delayed 3 days. I will not be choosing fedex anymore!
