Came here to mail license plates. The UPS worker told me to put them in a padded envelope and she would mail them out via USPS because its the cheapest option. I trusted her- put them in the envelope, wrote down the address and paid. Over a month later I got it back in the mail "return to sender" due to not enough postage. SHE OBVIOUSLY HAS NO CLUE WHAT SHE IS DOING. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE HERE WITH YOUR MAIL, ESPECIALLY IF IT IS IMPORTANT.

The most awful experience I have ever had shipping anything. Not only did they refuse to tape my box (with a sign behind her saying they tape for an extra 50 cents) but made me buy a ten dollar roll of tape then disappeared to the back leaving several customers alone up front. This store needs severe reconstruction of their customer service skills. One I will never set foot in again.

Helping the Homeless

The store has always treated me kindly..Thank you for your kindness and helpfulness. I see a lot of bad reviews for bad customer service. Maybe these people should try to work retail. Its not easy! I almost bet if you asked the poor ladies who had to deal with these clients they would say the rudeness was on the other foot. Keep up the good work ladies. Thank you once again.

Ive conducted business here numerous times, shipping packages and making copies and have never had a problem. Ive always been greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Depending on where Im at, this is one of a few UPS Stores I conduct business at in colorado.

Fast and good prices. Rupesh was very helpful and polite. Sent my Amazon return on its way in a matter of minutes, which included buying boxes and printing labels in the store!

Store is hard to get to. Parking is bad, if you park close it is hard to get out. Park in parking lot have to walk and get pass the traffic....

They are too stingy to even use more than one little strip of tape on a package. Use a real business that cares about its customers
