Everytime Im told a package is being sent FedEx, I cringe because I know Im going to have problems. EVERY SINGLE time Ive had an issue with FedEx. Without fail. This time is no different. I ordered an item on 1/1/15. I chose 3 day shipping, and the seller was slow to package and slow to get it shipped. Im told the information was sent to FedEx and they picked it up on the 5th. Now is the 8th and I checked the tracking daily to get a feel for when it would be here. On the 7th it said it would be here the 8th. On the 8th, it shows no set delivery date. I keep refreshing the page while contacting the seller and finally it shows 1/9/15 as the delivery date and that it came to the hub in Henderson, CO. I had set my day and the delivery around TODAY. I had to have this specific item to put something together and not having it ruined the whole thing (at least postponed it). Now, itll be delivered on a date I cant be there to accept it, and a date I cant work on what I intended to work on. I can of course try and get them to hold it when it transfers to the local hub, but then I wont be able to do anything with it until Monday. My schedule is not supposed to cater to theirs... the other way around in fact. So... I figure, Ill go drive and pick it up. Even if the damn thing was in Kansas, Ill go get it. I call and the phone system is ridiculously frustrating. "Say what you want to do". I want an operator. "Im sorry, I dont understand that". I want an OPERATOR. "Sorry youre having trouble, lets try something else". I go through about 5 minutes of nonsense and then finally hitting zeros and shouting OPERATOR I get a live person. She tells me that weather caused a delay with the package. Fine. But that shouldnt be my problem. I get that things happen. But if they anticipated that it would be delayed, maybe they should have done something else to resolve that. I go back and forth with this lady who is annoyingly trying to be the customer service rep and not help me. I tell her that she needs to get a supervisor on the phone so I can arrange to go pick it up myself. She comes back after putting me on hold for minutes to tell me no one is available. How convenient. This will be the last time I ever use FedEx for anything. If Im told the seller will be using them, I will tell them to cancel the order and refund me. Im not going to lie... I think FedEx handles packages really well. Everything I get is in working order and the boxes are never mishandled. But they NEVER get here on time. What good is that. Ill be sending this message to as many different places I can because things need to change within this organization. Everything from their reliability, to their customer service, to their pricing. Theyre going to end up out of business real quick if they continue operating like this.

Fed Ex Ground is by far the finest shipping courier service around. Every properly packed package I have sent over 15 has got to me or its destination just fine and on time or early. As a Package Handler at Fed Ex Ground (An American English speaking citizen) In my personal opinion I know by far packages are handled better than any other courier service. Packages are sent out on smaller trucks the day they arrive they are loaded late night but cannot be picked up because they must be unloaded from semi trailers first. Its not like the shipping centers that you drop off and pick up packages from, this location houses The Denver Hub and Denver Local and sees tens of thousands of packages a day. Packages exact location on the semi trailer is unknown but it was scanned as it progresses through the sorting processes and as it enters each trailer and ultimately your locations delivery truck. As far as weather delays there is more to consider than the immediate area depending on the destination or where it was shipped from. Not only as a employee but as a consumer I stand by Fed Ex!!!

I ordered a replacement part for my dryer, and the seller sent it FedEx. According to tracking it was to be delivered on Saturday. I have four kids, so laundry can pile up and having the part for my dryer was greatly needed. I was home all morning on Saturday waiting for the delivery. After most of the day passed I checked the tracking option on my order again and it read that at 10:30 am customer not available or business closed. A few minutes later it was delivered to another address, which I can only guess means its sitting at my complex office (an office that closes early on Saturday and closed on Sunday). The thing that makes me mad is 1. I was home at 10:30 am, and all day 2. There was no tag on my door stating that they even attempted to deliver the package or where to pick it up. 3. I have four kids and need to get my laundry done and because someone was too lazy to actually try and deliver my package I have to wait until Monday to do anything. I paid for my package to be delivered and FedEx failed, what a rip off.

It is becoming painfully obvious that companies do not care about you or I or anyone who isnt themselves. Used to be in business even if your services were crap and your products broke you got something. Six times now I have had FedEx screw something up and yet Amazon and everyone else seems to insist on using fed ex. I have had phones destroyed glass broken clothes cut up and worst. This time was the last straw. Last Monday we paid for overnight shipping to get a place for rent. It is now the fallowing Monday the check never arrived yet it says it was signed for at the routing office. The check itself has been cashed by what I can only guess is a fed ex employee. Fed ex has now stolen over 1000$ from me and refuses to pay it back. I am going to be homeless with in a week. Paid 34$ to ship a check overnight to the rental office. I should have just drove the 12 hours and delivered it myself. The BBB and the state are refusing to help. I may have to file criminal charges.

Attention president of FedEx Incorporated, You might want to take your name off of FedEx Ground because it is giving you a bad reputation of what FedEx Express or FedEx Inc. might stand for!!!! I have been waiting since September 5th for a package to be delivered from your Henderson warehouse. Twice they have came by my location after hours (which is a business that closes at 5). The hours of operation our displayed on the door, so I question are the schedulers and drivers at the Henderson location dumb or are they stupid? Make sense of this for me...... I paid for a service but may need to use my own gas & vehicle in order to get it delivered!!! Put me on the payroll and cut the check for a service I will provided to you or heck just refund my money for a wish.......we could have delivered your package to you, but were not qualified or capable.
