Same experience as a previous reviewer, and their mistake was costly to us. They tried to deliver our package three times, which apparently means not entering the apartment building AT ALL, but posting a missed you slip on the outside of the building. Very helpful. The third slip said it was the final delivery, and that I could pick it up during business hours the next day. The next day, I arrive with the slip and ask for the package, only to be told its not there. Apparently its out for delivery. I showed them them the slip clearly stating it would NOT be delivered again, and that I could pick it up DURING BUSINESS HOURS. He told me there was nothing he could do, and that I could come back after 4pm to pick it up, which was not possible. Extremely unprofessional to make so many excruciating demands on your customer, only to completely fail at every step of their end of the obligation. No phone call (as they told me there SHOULD have been if a fourth delivery was to be scheduled), incorrect information on their correspondence, and an inability to make their own multiple mistakes right. Me and my companies will not be using FedEx for ANYTHING in the forseeable future.

They saved my vacation. I lost my wireless key fob for my car on a road trip out West! I was far away from my home in Chicagoland. I lost my keys on the roof of my car on the expressway most likely. Luckily I left the car running but could not turn it off. So I headed to Denver from Sterling, Colorado. I figured there would be a major FedEX hub there and I could get my extra set of keys sent via FedEX from my parents to me in Denver. As luck would have it, I picked a hotel within a 10 min walk from this Fed Ex location. I had the tracking number written down and flagged down a FedEx worker through the fence to the parking lot. I told him about my situation. That I was stranded at the hotel for two days without my car keys and I was expecting my spare set so that I could start the car and continue my road trip. The worker found out whos route the hotel was on, and intercepted the envelope with my spare key fob in it! He got me my keys fast! The people here saved my vacation! I was so happy with their attention to detail and how they got my spare keys to me quickly so that I could continue on my way West that morning. Thanks guys!

The reported delay was caused by weather. The perishable drug was shipped on Wednesday. I arrived in Denver yesterday and was supposed to go out for delivery. However it takes 20 hours to go 20 miles to Englewood Co. Then it takes 5 1/2 hours to go 5 miles. How is that for,first thing in the morning. They must have placed the package in warm storage or a microwave before delivery. It was bright and sunny yesterday, but the driver blamed it on weather. The truth is FedEx ccan not do next day to 80016. Give up. It is OK to hire the disabled

Carol, You been so nice. My package wasnt delivered and when I called FedEx they said it was in this store.....long story short it wasnt due to another error. I was frustrated and running out of time. Carol not only handled it like a pro but also called me to follow up as my package was dropped off close to home in a nearby store so I could pick it up after work. Left me the address and name. That was very appreciated and you deserve a 5 star review.

Never have had an issue with FedEx and especially at this location. I use FedEx at least once a week for my job and never run into any issues. Be aware as a consumer about where you are shipping a package and understand the weather. Dont be bad, its not always FedExs fault!

it took over 40 minutes of working with an agent to pickup a package to know that their ground shipping system was down and had been down for 2 days. Why would he keep me on the phone for that long knowing that the system was down. Ive been forced to use Express shipping.

Shipping companies as a whole stink right now. But this places takes the cake. When I arrived to pick up my package which according to their own site was at the facility they told me it wasnt there and sorry they couldnt help.

Besides the workers getting verbally upset with each other, they are pretty fast and knowledgeable here. It can get busy here and you might have to wait in line so I suggest doing it all online and drop it off here.
