Im pretty disappointed with the other reviews. I have always had great customer service in this office. The phone system is difficult. Its almost impossible to get a real person. But, the staff inside is always polite and helpful. They are always busy when I stop in. I would definitely recommend this office.

It does get extremely busy but Ive noticed the slowest and rudest employee there is Rich. I know it can be overwhelming when it gets busy however he doesnt display professionalism in the workplace and has a bad additude. Well not recommend this location to anyone .

They are so slow. I shouldnt have to wait 30 minutes in line to drop off a package. They need to learn to have more than one person at the front desk during a busy time.
