FedEx is a joke, they make up stories on why they cant deliver a package; told me "inclement weather" caused my package to be delayed at this location. Only problem is it was a clear day and sunny skies, the truth was their moron of a driver forgot to deliver it. Both UPS and USPS will deliver a package early if it arrives at the post office or hub in time to go out. FedEx though wont send it out and holds the package until the "scheduled date". Newsflash morons the scheduled date states on your website ON or BEFORE. Luckily only a couple places I use use these idiots and even Amazon wont ship my items I buy from them via FedEx anymore

Missed my delivery 3 days in a row after I requested a delivery during my business hrs. Told me the package was being held at the shipping center. I drive to the center and the package isnt there. Total waste of time. Get to wait for my shipment for another day and my customer isnt happy. Cherra was wonderful in helping me but still couldnt remedy the problem

One of my favorite places to work at . Unfortunately, I had to quit my job because I no longer had a babysitter (early morning shift). However, they do treat their employees really good and would recommend this place to anyone as I respect FedEx Ground as a company. Mark (sort manager) was a good manager as well.

They do not deliver when they say they will. Drove across town to pick up and package was not there after they told me it would be. I dont have these issues with UPS. For home delivery FedEx is horrible

There are a few bad apples. But for the most part, these delivery guys are courteous to their customers and take care with your packages.
